The property is elite, the staff treat the guests like royalty. We rented a room with a view fir my wife’s 50th Birthday. On check in, the upgraded us to the Presidential Suite! I was blown away, my wife was flabbergasted. There were rooms on top of rooms with a view of the harbor. It was epic. Shortly after we settled into our room, there was a knock at the door, it was for turndown service, which we didn’t need. Ten minutes later, another knock. This time we were delivered a personal birthday cake!! Stunning!!! That wasn’t all!! The experience was one of the best ever! We will be going back knowing that experience was once in a lifetime but due to their overall pampering!
Not a thing
I Loved the ambiance of the hotel...very sophisticated and modern looking from the lobby to my fountain view suite! The suite was very spacious and beautiful inside like a small apartment...very comfortable also. I was very impressed! Also the customer service of everyone from the bell hop, to the front desk, room service and in room dining were impeccable.:) I will definitely stay there again!:)
Overall I Absolutely loved this hotel!:) but if I had one complaint it would be the location...it is downtown Baltimore in a very congested area, and a 10 minute trip to a convenience store took 45 minutes to get there! :)...Also the hotel food (while delicious) was very expensive( $60 for burger, fries and coke) but I chalked that up to it being a 5 star hotel and it comes with the territory..lol...other than those issues, it is a fabulous hotel and I would totally stay there again!;)❤
Facilities are very nice. Bathrooms are great. Service is great. Staff is great. Food is great.
Beds and pillows are not that comfortable. Could be better. Better bedding too.
Dinning/food was very boring and very limited selection
Food service was awful. Very limited selection, very boring presentation. Everything was over salted
Room service was way over priced for the quality of the food.
