Pros: We have requested for adjoining rooms, but due to unavailability, the hotel staff had upgraded one of our rooms to Deluxe room (with king sized bed) during check-in. And the twin beds in the superior room are super single size which are wide and comfortable. Also love the welcome drink and food for room service, we ordered the Sensa Fried rice and the triple decker sandwich and all tasted good! It is very near to shopping mall, Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk), just about 150 metres & it is a good mall. Just within walking distance are also lots of shops/factory outlets.

Pros: The hotel is new, just started operation early this year. We occupied 2 adjoining superior rooms and I would consider them spacious. Beds(either 1 king or 2 queens)are comfortable and furniture well arranged. The staff are courteous and always put up a smiling face. They are efficient and prompt in attending to customers' needs. On the 1st nite, my adjoining room was locked from inside with the door latch on, within minutes 2 maintenance staff arrived and in less than 15 minutes the door was open.Another area I want to specially mention is the coffee house where we had our breakfast daily.All the waiters/waitresses and the even the F&B Manager were giving us excellent service.I will definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Bandung.

Pros: First entered e hotel,all e staff gives a warmth welcome throughout e stay..Very courteous n would really go on extra mile for e guests..Housekeeping was giving excellent service as when we left e room in a mess,with all our make-ups,shoes n clothes lying all over e place,they indeed clean up e place,make up our room,n stack our items nicely!! Food is nice,Spas treatment is very affordable n city area? Very convenient..TRULY Recommended!! :)

Cons: Hotel is located on Cihampelas Road which is full of shops/factory outlets so the the road/journey to and fro the hotel is a bit jam, even in the late evenings. And another thing, the flat screen television in the deluxe room should be placed a little lower, say about 1/2 meter or 1 meter lower. Our necks were a little strained to look up to watch the TV.

Cons: The shower cubicle in the bathroom should have a door installed so that water would not spray into the bathroom floor. Noticed some ants in the room. Since swimming pool is just outsite the coffee house,I noticed some children wearing wet swimming costumes entered the coffee house to take food from the food counters and this should not be encouraged as water may drip onto the food. This may also make the tiled floor slippery and thus cause accident to other guests. Hope management would look into these.

Cons: The spa could be more organised, we made a booking for 8 persons the night before. On the day of our spa appt, which we were out for the whole day to the volcano + shopping. When we came back for the spa appt at night, we found out it was cancelled without our knowledge. Hotel staff explained that they couldn't get us to confirm the booking by trying to call our room.. and of cos we were out, who would pick it?!

Cons: The water spills from the shower if you used the bigger rain shower head because it only has half glass cover. No mirror in the room, only in bathroom got mirrors.The Cihampelas Rd that leads to the hotel really crampped up, pretty bad traffic jam especially in the evening, to move 500 meters might take more than half hour! The breakfast area rather big, but they are really particular about charging kids above 4 yrs old even though the kids just had one bite of croissant or 2-3 spoons of cereals, you still have to pay IDR54000. Other hotel like Sheraton & Grand Seriti just waived kids fee, after all how much can they eat!

The room was clean, the king size bed was comfy. The bathroom is marvelous. It has separate bathub and standing shower, so I still can take my shower while my children playing in the bathub. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, I ask to have the breakfast in my room to avoid crowd in the restaurant. They gave me breakfast menu options when I checked in, and deliver it in the next morning. It was great.

Cons: Nothing. I like everything provided by the hotel. Maybe the only thing that should be paid attention is the slightly leaked water tap. The cupboard is a little old.

Cons: I got room 725. The room was actually good and clean but seems quite old. The carpet might need replacement with the new one. The sofa in the living room was really comfy, although cover replacement seems a good idea. Also the pillow is too dense and hard, get my neck hurt when using it, so I slept without using the pillow instead.
