Maybe the location
Very bad mattress quality , bad air inside , very small room , small bathroom and bad quality of equipment, sorry it worth for me only 500 a night

This would have to be the worst room I have ever stayed in, it was filthy, bed must be 30 years old, sags in middle, if you had a sore back you would not sleep. No hot water, the wash basin was caked in grim and human hairs . no soap for shower, I would not recommend this place to anyone no matter how desperate you are. Very unpleasant stay , plus it took to be served 30 minutes to wake someone .

quiet area as i request....and its good no noisy at all....
cleanliness is bad....specially in the washroom....and there is only 7 channel on the tv to watch.....

Location close to the function I was attending.
Items didn't work: Some power points, wall fan, kettle, wall lights, air con didn't get very cool at all. There was no lift. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. No lock box. Lock on door not very secure. Old dirty bathroom.
