Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and public transport. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty linens and bathrooms, as well as negative experiences with room size, which is often described as small and cramped. Several guests also mention a lack of amenities like functioning air conditioning and room service, and some express dissatisfaction with the overall service, including unresponsive staff and unfulfilled requests. While the location is a major positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
