Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, friendly and attentive service, and the quality of the breakfast. Many also highlight the pool as a positive feature. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness issues, such as old towels, mold, and lack of maintenance in some rooms and common areas. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and clean, others experienced problems like musty odors, insufficient lighting, and deteriorating facilities. Overall, the positives of location, service, and breakfast stand out, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and maintenance.AI-generated from customer reviews
