Everything met our needs, did not dislike anything.
One of the girls had a 70th birthday and the staff sent Her a beautiful gift sack with snacks. Now that was above and beyond!!!
Was clean and quiet
The staff was courteous and greeted with a smile and happy attitude. Lobby facilities were modern and updated, well kept. Room was clean and quiet. Except for other deficiencies mentioned before. There's a small market in the lobby for snack items. It's the 'only' most modern hotel in town available unless you're ok with a local (questionable) motel in town. So don't expect much. But someone needs to open another hotel nearby Bartlesville to provide some competition thus encouraging to improve the facilities here. Can't believe such disparity between accommodations at different Marriotts. Oh well!
The rooms were a little dated. The mattress was too firm - not like most hotels where I usually love the bed - instead I couldn't wait to get back home to my bed. The coffee in the room was awful but coffee in lobby was better quality. The bath towels smelled old musty and were thinning. The TV was dated/small. Room was dark - very low lighting on bulbs. Lots of things were skimped on in quality and comfort. Appearances of pics not what's reality.
The suite was quite spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower pressure was great too. There was an ice machine, that worked, on my floor.
The water faucet in the bathroom needs a new filter or something, it sprayed when turned on.
