Cons (-) The smell of this hotel is horrendous. When you enter the lobby, there is a smell that attacks your nostrils. This place needs a thorough cleaning and an overall update. The staff is lazy and always have to be searched for. They sit around and chat as if they have not work to do. Security is a joke. I would never stay here again.

Pros (+) I liked how the staff was accommodating and upgraded us when our room reeked of smoke and was dirty.
Cons (-) Our room was disgusting. For the high price I paid to stay there, it was filthy. Our room was almost unbearable with the smoke smell. The bathrooms were gross and needed a deep cleaning. The bathroom floor was also sticky. The breakfast was two thumbs down. The hallways and common areas were just below par. Overall cleanliness was terrible.
