the shower was nice!
we thought there would be breakfast - and all that was available was coffee. The coffee machine was broken - and the coffee was served to us -in a carafe. When I got there the pot was empty and she reheated some old coffee in the microwave.

Yes they gave me a full size bed for me my husband and our 3 year old! Then charged me $40 just to move rooms

Being honest, the front desk service people were really nice and I¿m glad they worked with issues that hotel thevwas giving me. They moved us to another room and this room had a heater, but no WiFi ¿¿ like this couldn¿t get any worse, but we made it.
The first room given to me, the heater didn¿t work and the bed was small!!!! My boyfriend is 5¿11 & I¿m 5¿5 I felt that I could fit properly, but my main concern was his comfort. It was his birthday after all, so I made the best out the situation.

My visit started with me put in someone else's room. I had a key and walked into an already occupied room. My towel was obviously dirty. The floor had clearly not been vacuumed either and needed a deep cleaning. tweakers were removed by staff & po
Room furnishings were old/poor condition. Bedspread had numerous cigarette burns/supposedly a nonsmoking room. No batteries in the tv controller. Awakened by a bug crawling on my head. Awakened again by people talking/laughing outside early in the morning
