After the renovation the hotel really manages to get maximum out of the relatively big territory (though indeed smaller than Gloria or Rixos). The territory is green, comfortable and very much kids-friendly, while having 16+ area for their relaxed time. Food is quit good but not enough options of a-la carte restaurants for this level of pricing. The aquapark and amusing park are fantastic for kids entertainment, and overall entertaiment program is great, both for kids and adults!
They are really trying to deliver good level of service, however, with more people coming in and high season it became obvious that they are failing: rooms make up quality was down and number of days noone simply cleaned it at all! There is no enough waiters in the restaurants and those that are in really overwhelmed in the rush hours.

Payment system, first were asking to pay by card then their portal was not working, asked to pay in cash on arrival, then again asked for card, at the end due to the system had to pay by cash upon arrival.

We've been to this hotel for 3rd time in a row, so we really enjoy it, especially in terms of food, entertainment for kids, excellent staff, wonderful landscape with its pine-trees and a wonderful smell from them etc.
The only thing that bothered us is the key lock that kept broken from time to time.
