The location was perfect for my needs - sightseeing. The room was perfectly adequate and comfortable - the only down side was that the window looked out into a rear well with barely a glimpse of the sky. I was told this when I checked in and I didn't spend much time in the room anyway, so I was not bothered. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful.

Location was excellent, breakfast included, it was clean.
The staff were not helpful, and the house-keeping was strange (bed made different each day, one day the bedspread disappeared)
