Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice breakfasts; helpful and friendly owner. Great place to stopover before continuing on our eco/birding adventure down south.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, close to both ferry terminal and airport. Clean comfortable accommodation, added bonus of a jacuzzi and wonderful breakfast. Lovey staff.
Cons: Would have loved to have stayed longer
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The convenience of the place and courtesy of the staff
Cons: The internet connection or the debit sometimes irregular
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Belize City. I was nervous but when I got there I was greeted and checked in by Christina who works the property. Every morning Kathleen provided is with breakfast menu and served us hot breakfast each morning. While eating breakfast either the owner or manager came out to have breakfast with us. The customer service this facility provides was beyond my expectations I’ve never visited any country or hotel in the US and received the customer service I was provided on last week. I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay I even walked the neighborhood and they called my taxi every morning once I provided my plans for the day! I’ll definitely be visiting them again at the Villa Boscardi! - Fred & Toya
Cons: N/a
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location was in a quiet area with a nice restaurant that was walking distance away along a dock. It was nice to have a shared kitchen and filtered water readily available for our reusable bottles. The breakfast was nice: scrambled eggs, tostada, fruit and toast. There is an employee on site who sleeps upstairs.
Cons: The rooms felt a bit cramped next to each other in this small BnB. The outdoor seating area by the jacuzzi was a bit dirty and the jacuzzi water appeared a little cloudy.
Good 7.1
Pros: The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was wonderful. Having the owner sit with us was a nice, personal touch.
Cons: The place was quaint but the water backed up in the tub and the physical location wasn't great. I guess that's indicative of Belize City. The online pictures led seekers to believe there was a pool but the "pool" was an actual jacuzzi.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff and owner was very nice and friendly
Cons: The neighborhood

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything, the hosts were beyond helpful and delightful, a wealth of information, that we decided to take a later boat because we talked so much over their delicious breakfast. I would go back in a heartbeat. They suggest a restaurant that was a 10min walk away from the house, the area felt safe. And there was a lot of interesting wildlife on the walk back home
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great hosts! Comfortable, large room, delicious breakfast!
Cons: Not really an Inn, more like a BnB, which is fine, just needs to be clearly stated.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts who ran the BnB were wonderful. Made a lovely breakfast and was able to visit with them leisurely before leaving for airport to head home. Very accommodating volunteered to take us to store .
Cons: Enjoyed it all
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The property is full of character located in a quiet area. It is next to a river teaming with wildlife. The hosts were extremely hospitable. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and very good coffee.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice location on a canal surrounded by flowers, birds & iguanas.
Cons: No hand towels, wash clothes, or shampoo, only bar soap & a bath towel.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: Owners were very hospitable, informative and kind. Daily breakfast was very good and interesting with a Belizean twist.
Cons: Sub-standard room maintenance. Daily we had to inquire about receiving an additional face cloth. Room had been maintenance without replenishing toilet paper and had to ask a family member for a roll when noticed the dispenser was completely empty. The room was not maintenance at all the next to the last night of our stay. We had left out for the entire day and upon our evening return, the bed linen was not changed nor bed made up. Dirty towels used the morning of were still lying on the bath room floor. Owners were not on the premises the full day to secure our needs. We took our used towels down to ask a family member in exchange for fresh towels. We made our own beds. Air conditioner went out one of the last nights we spent there. Electrical units were out for 2 days. The furniture and floors of our room, room corridor and sitting area were extremely dusty. Hotel itself and garden grounds need serious interior and exterior updating, upgrading, and full maintenance upkeep.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We liked the location and the old style architecture and furnishings. We have stayed on past trips and will in the future.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The owners were really great and helpful
Cons: The surrounding
Excellent 8.5
Pros: They immediately made us feel at home and part of their family. Gaby and Oty were the best part of our stay! I wish we had more time to spend with them.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Loved it, very charming
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful customer service. The porter was amazingly strong and so sweet. They make you feel at home!
Cons: Lovely people...we enjoyed the hospitality!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful property, colonial architecture, in fact it puts the featureless Radisson opposite to shame. Lovely verandas to hang out on at night and a fantastic restaurant downstairs. The room was enormous, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Pillows were plump and soft. Great experience.
Cons: There was nothing to criticize
Good 7.9
Pros: Sitting on the veranda was delightful.
Cons: Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renos.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The architecture, old british colonial decoration, air conditioning, and the friendly staff. The room was also surprisingly quiet at night, despite some clear noise throughout the day.
Cons: The coffee in the room turned out to be really gross. Luckily there was a coffee shop right nextdoor, though.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Small historic hotel. Our room was spacious.
Cons: The noise from the restaurant on the first floor can be a problem if you are going to bed early for that 7:30 tour. Also the big flock of black birds that roost on the electric wires start singing around 5 am. the staff start cleaning the front porch at 6am. I was awake anyway but could be a problem for some.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The rooms were super cute and comfortable. We liked the staff of the hotel and it seemed by cozy. Staff was great.
Cons: There was no restaurant in the hotel so we when across the street and the food very wasn't very good at all. I think they are remodeling a restaurant, so maybe this will be fixed shortly.
Good 7.9
Pros: Good location to walk around and you can reach by walking the ferry spot as well
Cons: not much in the hotel, not even breakfast or bar. They gave breakfast vouchers for nearby coffee shop
Excellent 9.7
Pros: nice location on the water front. The only nice, safe area in Belize City
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our room was huge and clean, and the air conditioning worked very well! You have a view of the water from the 2nd floor balcony. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. And the breakfast voucher for the cafe next door is generous.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: front desk staff was very nice.
Cons: thought there was a shuttle to the airport...there was not. Restaurant located downstairs was a bit odd....
Good 6.0
Pros: The property has a great location, free parking, and a easy, welcoming check-in. It is close to some of the better restaurants in Belize City, along with a quick walk to the Caye Ferries.
Cons: The room was uncomfortably unclean. From hair around the sink and on towels, to visible stains on the sheets, and a musty, unclean smell, I had a very uneasy stay and a restless night. Further, there was a significantly slow drain in the bathtub, resulting in the tub being 33% full only a few minutes after turning on the shower. Some may not mind this, but it is my biggest hotel pet peeve. I would not book this property again, or recommend it based on my night there.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, beautifully kept. Staff very friendly and breakfast was amazing.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: We stayed there just 1 night before we went to caye caulker. The room was clean and the stuff friendly. The accommodation was really nice (it had restaurants, a pool, room service, tour service and more). I think you could also stay longer in this hotel, if you like to stay in Belize City.
Cons: The hotel is nice. I just think it’s a bit expensive.
Okay 5.8
Pros: Breakfast buffet was a good value. Service staff & cleaning staff were good & accommodating.
Cons: The price for the room was too high. First room Safe did not work, toilet would not flush properly, no hot water. Moved to another room & they started construction in the room next door. Dust & partices drifted thrugh the vent into my room causing allergies to flair up.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the comfort and ambiance of the hotel. I came for an event and stayed overnight. I'll have to plan this type of visit again as it was a brilliant move. All one needs is available in the hotel location.
Cons: Leaving
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location, space and cleanliness.
Cons: Upon check in, since my friend had booked for four of us but his flight was delayed, he asked his colleague to book us in and pay the hotel. The front desk supervisor (Yvette) on duty at 3:00pm on Sept 20 was less than helpful. The colleague paid with his card however the from desk supervisor insisted that she could not let us in the room unless our friend signed the documents for the room. It was later resolved after some back and forth.
Good 7.5
Pros: The pool is lovely, Gym is quite well equipped room and bed were comfortable and clean.
Cons: Staff was very slow with their service. Except when they were bringing the bill we hadn't even asked for yet. Cleaning staff also asked when we would be leaving. This made us feel very unwelcome, more like people to be processed asap.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing! Their were 8 people in our group and everyone received excellent service from the waitresses, front desk, and drivers. The restaurant was so convenient. Food was good and we ate several meals there. We would stay there again!
Cons: No.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: Staff were nice.
Cons: The first room we got smelled horrible and it made me throw up. It also had flys. I asked to be changed and luckily they had an "extra" room and hoped that person wouldn't check in. Second room was better. shower looked dirty and bathtub was scraped. I decided to stay closer to the airport a day before flying back home since we were staying in San Pedro. Big mistake as I was so uncomfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I travel around the world and stay at Best Westerns regularly - they never disappoint!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff very friendly. Atmosphere was relaxed. Beautiful pool and courtyard. Food at the restaurant was decent. Location to airport great.
Cons: The power would go off and on sporadically. Gift shop credit card system was down.
Good 7.5
Pros: Bed was comfortable and breakfast was excellent
Cons: That my room locked us out and we waited for hour to get back in do even though we were offer a temporary room we didnt want to leave our personal stuff in that un attending
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Service was a little slow in the bar and at the restaurant.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location and view
Cons: NA
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The location is close to the colonial part of Belize City and to the water.
Cons: We had looked so much forward to staying at the colonial Radisson. We had heard so much about the charm and the colonial interior. We got a room at the annex that was awful - like kicked to the side. And not much charm at the hotel. They have long outlived their reputation. Not coming there anymore. And way TOO expensive for what you get
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location and it’s very clean
Cons: NA
Okay 5.0
Pros: The view of the ocean and the chirping of the wild birds
Cons: The air conditioner was not cold and the room was warm The hotel food is horrible and expensive Too expensive for the quality received
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff excellent. Many helped us with taxis and shuttles. It's clean and the food was good.
Cons: No
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was great!
Cons: The bathroom had hair in the shower that was not mine and the hot water did not work and I had to change rooms.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Good location and great staff. Good 2 for 1 happy hour at the pool bar.
Cons: Building was a little tired but definitely a good place to stay if you find yourself in Belize City before heading elsewhere in the country.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was wonderfully helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Be aware that there is a charge to use the shuttle.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: I loved Le Petit Cafe within the hotel grounds. I also loved that the hotel was walking distance from the Belize sign and the ocean.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Loved the views, the breakfast buffet and the Stone Grill.
Cons: Our shower was having difficulties with flooding the floor. Not sure if the shower drain needed to be rodded out.
Good 7.0
Pros: Tower Room Upgrade Quiet, roomy, comfortable bed, adequate furnishings, good internet, friendly staff, good bar food. Easy walk to city centre. Problem with the bill was quickly settled. I would stay here again if ever I had to go back to Belize City
Cons: Little things didn't work. The shower temp kept changing, the bar fridge wouldn't turn on, the Magic Fingers mattress didn't work, the TV had to be reset to receive channels, the time on the bedside clock was wrong and I couldn't reset .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and great location
Cons: Food was not very good

Pros: The staff was very flexible and helpful. We really liked the kayaks, paddle boats, snorkel equipment, etc. that were free and available to use at any time.
Cons: The bed was hard and the pillows flat.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Staff was great!
Cons: Lots of bug's (no see em's) so take plenty of bug spray
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This place is absolutely amazing! The customer service is out of this world and the prices are reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about this place from the food to the wildlife to the people and the excursions, I would definitely stay here again.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great relaxing place to stay. The staff is great and make sure you have everything you need.
Good 7.9
Pros: Experiencing this new destination with a loved one is top on the list but we did enjoy the hospitality of the staff, the food and of coarse snorkeling the second largest barrier reef on this planet.
Cons: although the setting was very private and offered solitude, we would have enjoyed to have the choice to venture out in the evenings and experience some night life like dancing or simply walk the streets
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: The diving was reasonable with good staff. The dive boats were good. The dive sites all close.
Cons: The room was dark with hard bed. A matress on a wooden base. Curtains let in light early morning. Towels were material for bayhing. The wooden slat chairs impressive but uncomfortable. The pool needs refurbishing. Pool lounges either hard wood or stringed plastic with no cushioning for comfort. The couple they did have were falling apart shoing the foam. There was only 2 umbrella areas for the resort...they did have large fixed area near pool but nothing comfortable to sit and read. The meals were adequate even if they expect you to eat at 6.30pm. They have a BBQ night...this just means sit around a fire in extremely uncomfortable chairs and balance your meal, which has been cooked on a stove. The workers were building a pier the 4 nights we were there. So constant construction noise. They do put coffee etc on your balcony each morning. .as there is no facility for this in room . Airconditioners are old and noisy so need to be turned off so you can sleep. The do have a ceiling fan. The staff walk infront of the huts stairing in and saying hello. They are nice people but should not intrude and should use the back path as they do in resort around the world. The cost was $500 US nightly. I feel it should have been half of this for what was on offer. Also be aware they have a severe sand fly problem. I was bitten drastically on both arms...about 40 bites on each as well as back and legs etc. All tge guests were suffering the same problem. They say they are adults only. It appeared the children of the staff were allowed to play in the open resort spaces. I cannot recommend the place.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The food was great and plentiful with a wild variety over the week. The cabanas were spacious and very comfortable and well appointed. The staff was always ready to serve and always with a smile. We had a great time. There were plenty of activities if you want to stay busy, but a great place to go if you want to take it easy in a relaxed environment.
Good 6.7
Pros: The resort is ok but nothing special. I'd not recommend it to honeymooners as the dinner lacks privacy (no white table clothes, candle etc). You're placed with all other guests at one larger table like on a field trip...Also you are being asked to buy trips. It feels a bit unpleasant if you only want to relax rather than buying sth. You're being served one menu each meal which was chosen by the chef upfront, no a la carte - again field trip feeling. You can take the Kajaks, Kite for free though and the restaurant staff is very nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very relaxing. It is a small island with no other resorts or businesses and the only place you get wifi is at the bar/dining hall. This helped to get to know other travellers staying there. The staff were super friendly and helpful with anything we wanted. The ground was swept clean everyday and the room was made up while we were at breakfast.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and kind. They told me places that I could eat at and easily walk to. They stored my bags for me and let me hang out after check out.
Cons: The blankets were a bit small and didn't cover my toes.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Lewis and Julia are very nice people! :)
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Nice to have the kitchen available. Great proximity to Brodies as well as good restaurants.
Cons: One point deduction for dead cockroach in the corner. Other than that, nice & clean.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Everything else was fine. Close to a store. Not far from the bars or kukumba beach. They were very friendly and had great hospitality. The pool was a nice temp. Lewis was very hospitable and very sweet. Hes also a very safe driver and nice to have around. Def would reccomend the spot. They take care of you and have beer and waters available to everyone for a small fee. Not far from a bank either. Bring lots of cash with you though cause cards have a 5% up charge.
Cons: I was told I would be picked up by 4:30. Was not picked up. Also told Lewis would pick me up and it was woman who picked me up that I've never seen before. She didn't even know what I looked like. So I ended up waiting longer than needed before I could even find her car. I had to call 4 times to even get a description of the car or know the fact a woman was picking me up. I was told the person who dropped me off would be picking me up. I'm not from here so I dont have a local number to call so 3 times I had to have strangers call for me. The first time I called they said lewis would be picking me up. The second time i was still told lewis was 6 minutes away. The whole time i was under the impression lewis was picking me up when it was infact a woman. She wasnt given a description of me or vice versa so a lot of both of our times were wasted. It's just very frustrating. When we got back she tried to argue with me about it and I wasnt arguing I just asked her what was going on. Maybe she had a bad day I'm not sure. But it was a mess. I got bit up by bugs the whole time I waitied. But other than that one instance things went smoothly. I couldnt use my speaker near the pool unfortunately cause the walls are thin. So other guests would hear if I did.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The beds are very comfortable, the staff is nice and helpful, the hostel is fully equipped
Cons: The stairs to the third floor are very narrow and the restroom in Dorms is wired to operate
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was great and they helped to book tours and prepare dinner. Would absolutely stay again.

Pros: Your staff is always helpful I like the comfort of the place it's very homey
Good 7.5
Pros: There is isn't a lot that is cheap in Belize; at least not any more. Given the attributes of the hostel an equivalent would be half the price in Panama city for an equivalent location. The same could be said for tours and activities. The hostel is within walking distance (15-30 minutes) of almost anything from attractions to comfortable bars facing the ocean. The rooms are comfortable. There is a small communial fridge and a hot/cold 20L water facility. The staff are knowledgeable and cooperative and their advice is good.
Cons: The internet worked well on the first day but then became very "flakey". Its not clear as to where the problem resided; it was not resolved. It could have been a service (to the hostel) problem or a network problem within the hostel; affected by the rain. For the price of the hostel, the breakfast is somewhat "minimal". Bring your own granola and milk, decent bread, cheese, (English Breakfast) black tea (the coffee is ok) and the guest will be offered small tubs of yogurt, peanut butter, jam and a hard-boiled egg on cheap white bread. A toaster is available.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable and clean. We had to keep asking for enough towels, but they got them right away. Coffee was always ready in the morning, which was great!!! Location was not really what was expected, but once we figured out our way around, it was ok,
Cons: Didn't really like the location of the hotel, but once we got our bearings on the layout of the town, it was ok.
Good 7.1
Pros: nice people
Cons: its a Little expensive
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The hotel is well located, just a 5-10 minute walk to the swing bridge and water taxi terminal. There are a couple of restaurants within a 5 minute walk too. The hotel felt secure and I slept soundly. The room was comfortable: AC worked well, good pressure and temperature in the shower. I would stay here again.
Cons: The breakfast was okay, but fairly basic: bread and toaster to DIY, yoghurt and juice in the fridge and a bowl of bananas. The coffee was nice. I think another review mentioned the room window looking out on the corridor. This was not the end of the world but did mean I kept the curtains drawn the whole time.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The owner and the staff were very firendly and trying their best to accomodate one´s requests. A very nice restaurant/bar within 5 min walk. Breakfast was addecuate, some renovations in progress that will make the facilities a bit better soon.
Cons: Seems like room cleaning happens every two days. Wi fi in rooms is not very strong
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful when asked questions about places to visit
Cons: No WiFi the first stay. Beds have basically no padding
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, secure, pleasant decor, excellent room and customer service. HIGHLY recommended. Best value for the price.
Cons: Nothing
Mediocre 3.3
Cons: They only want your money.

Pros: Nice location to water taxi, but don't use the express one, they charge double, go a little more down the street closer to the city it's cheaper..
Cons: The cheapest rooms, do not have AC, it was Hot As F,k. Old looking, people are nice, but if I'd known it had no AC or if I'd known it cost extra, I rather have it listed as Room with or Without AC, not shared bathroom or Private...
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Nice comfy bed nice bath and tv Really worth a nights stay
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great location right near the museum! Definitely a win for the budget traveler who is fine with "basic but good" style of accommodations. Great host with loads of information on Belize City and a good place to meet other international travelers visiting Belize. There are some little shops and an awesome Belizean restaurant nearby, too. Good place to stay if safety is a concern as there is a locked gate and things are very well-monitored.
Cons: While Belize City doesn't deserve as dreadful a reputation it has, Belize overall is a very tough place for women travelers. That's no reflection on the guesthouse itself, but I felt like all the famous guidebooks are getting most things wrong about what Belize is really like.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The owners, their personalities and outstanding customer service!
Good 7.9
Pros: The staff was friendly, I was given an extra fan. Shared terrace.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Marvellous location, nice and accomodating owners, very clean, super price/ value ratio
Cons: Furniture and decoration a little bit outfashioned....
Okay 5.0
Pros: No food onsite. Very spartian and old furniture.
Cons: Not a good neighbourhood. There were ony two restaurants open after dark; one was more expensive and 5 blocks away (cab ride) and the other was local and really great food but not a comfortable place to wak by yourself at night even for 3 blocks. Felt unsafe in the neighbourhood.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The owner was very kind. He help us When we were in need, When he didnt had to. I recommend sea breeze.
Cons: All was great
Good 6.3
Pros: Safe place in Belize City close to the ferry Terminal. Also the buses to Flores (Guatemala) leave from there.
Cons: The Bathroom (little bugs everywhere)

Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful
Cons: Bed
Good 7.5
Pros: The staff are excellent, the balcony had good views, the location was fab.
Cons: The air conditioning wasn’t very good (a fan) leaving the room very hot and sticky.
Good 7.9
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, that alone made the hotel enjoyable. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a TV, AC unit, and large shower. Overall my boyfriend and I had no complaints throughout the duration of our stay.
Cons: This is a great place to book if you need to stay the night in Belize City and are not expecting to do much else as a tourist. The location is close to a few historical buildings but also close to parts of the city that isn't suggested to walk through. It is interesting to see the livelihood of the local Belizeans though.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Super friendly staff, great location at the water and close to the Ferry and bus terminal when passing through. Loved sitting at the back watching the boats pass by. Lady at the desk helped me order some food and had my own private dinner spot at the waterside.
Cons: Taller people will have to bend under the shower, made for shorter people. Not too much of an issue though.
Good 7.5
Pros: Good position if you want to take ferries. Staff was very kind. I didn't like the structure but in belize city I think is impossible to look for better places with the same price.
Cons: My bedroom was near the road and was noisy. The staff tried to sell every tipe of service.
Okay 5.8
Cons: the location, it was in a rather high crime location. I was actually threatened at gunpoint just outside the hotel as I walked to the convenience store just down the road. I will never stay there again because of that reason alone
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff was very responsive and courteous and arranged airport transportation for us
Cons: Everything was great nothing was bad.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Good location
Cons: Bathroom is tiny and its take too long to get hot water otherwise its a very clean quiet and safe environment to be i love it. I will stay there whenever i come back
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The staff was friendly. They have a nice balcony overlooking the river
Cons: Paper thin walls, our first room had no AC so we almost suffocated and upgraded to another AC room. That room had cocroaches, sealed basement-like windows high up (aka no emergency exit) and was right in front of the front desk. I barely got sleep because I heard people talking animatedly at the front desk all night. There are almost no outlets in the place either, since it's an old building. Also, THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS NOT SAFE for foreigners! Many locals stopped us and told us this (even though we walked around with zero valuables and took extra precautions). Better to stay in the northern side of the peninsula.

Good 6.7
Pros: Good for a night Casino is fun
Cons: Location, not much to do near by that seems safe.
Okay 5.1
Pros: free breakfast
Cons: facilities were out-dated shower's only temp was very hot staff rarely smiled
Okay 4.0
Pros: The was a casino for entertainment. The hotel did promise a water view and that waa nice to look out of the window.
Cons: Upon entry, there was a horrible sewage smell throughout and in the elevators. We did not received keys to our room until our last night there. The bellman had to escort us to our room and use his key. It rained through our window which left the floor wet
Good 6.0
Pros: Location. Pool. Breakfast Buffet. Sea views.
Cons: Old musty smell. Poor wifi. Elevator, safe, water not working when we arrived. Fitness room poor condition. Dilapidated building.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Movie theater
Cons: Pool area
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The food was good. We had the stewed chicken at the calypso bay restaurant. was nice and spicy just like we eat it at home.
Cons: Did not like that there is no beach to swim, just a pool, the deserts was not so good either.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The belizean traditional meal was great and we requested our fish fried. It was great.
Cons: Please invest in cleaning up around the building and in the plants and shrubbery.
Good 7.0
Pros: The views
Cons: It is in sad shape and desperate need for an upgrade. Mold in the bathtub grout!
Good 6.3
Pros: the room was good
Cons: I did not like the many people hanging out all in the lobby. I did not like the people hanging out next to my room, drinking smoking and being very loud.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: I like we met a nice person in the restaurant
Cons: We didn't like we had to wait long for a room and when we got into the room it was horrible. The furniture was very old and dirty. The shower/tub was not in great shape. It was something in the room biting us as we woke up with a lot of itchy bumps on our skin. The linen had yellow stains on them. The restaurant food was not good either. It was a terrible experience.
Good 7.0
Pros: It’s old and needs major remodeling and repairs . It needs a major upgrade.
Cons: Ramada is too old . It needs major work.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: The huge bed.
Cons: Small parts of the floor were a little cracked.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Nothing really, they gave our room to another person even after we had made our reservation months before the actual date which we were supposed to stay at the hotel. The service of the organization and the way the host treated its guests was horrible and utterly disgraceful.
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: None of it
Cons: All of it
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a work in progress, the people work hard and when their work is done, this will be one of the nicest hotels in Belize City.
Cons: No complaints.
Good 7.1
Pros: I liked the space and how the room catered for an entire family.
Cons: I didn't like the customer service. The people were not too nice nor friendly to us.
