Excellent 8.0
Pros: The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful in planning our day. They had really good breakfast.
Cons: The room was a bit small. Wish it was a little roomier
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Christina is the host that goes out of her way to accommodate your needs. She arranged for a tour of the ruins and the Belize Zoo for us and we had a great time. The property is well kept and the rooms are spacious and clean and great for relaxing. This is a boutique B&B with lovely setting and tasty breakfasts. Highly recommend!
Cons: Every thing was great!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Wonderful, warm, welcoming staff. Small room but fine for 1-night,  very comfortable bed and pillows. Small dipping pool, great for a quick cool down and nice poolside lounging area and garden, refreshing in the heat. Felt very safe in this part of town, nice walk along the waterfront but otherwise not much in the immediate area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable and convenient to get to the airport.
Cons: All great.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very nice rooms with king size bed, and small swimming pool perfect to take a sun bath.
Excellent 10.0

Pros: Location to airport (15 min drive), decor, pool, variety of seating for dining, little oasis in the city.
Cons: Bathroom window faced mechanical area with no window shade.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was spacious And comfortable.
Cons: The staff was not as friendly as other places we stayed in Belize.
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff in the restaurant were amazing
Cons: Staff at the front desk
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing! Their were 8 people in our group and everyone received excellent service from the waitresses, front desk, and drivers. The restaurant was so convenient. Food was good and we ate several meals there. We would stay there again!
Cons: No.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: Staff were nice.
Cons: The first room we got smelled horrible and it made me throw up. It also had flys. I asked to be changed and luckily they had an "extra" room and hoped that person wouldn't check in. Second room was better. shower looked dirty and bathtub was scraped. I decided to stay closer to the airport a day before flying back home since we were staying in San Pedro. Big mistake as I was so uncomfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Food and drinks were great. Loved the option of the on-site shuttle which we utilized for airport transfers and to go to dinner.
Cons: Can’t say there was really anything negative about our stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel is close to the airport and a good location to get on the main highways out of Belize City. Room are nice and large. The hotel has a nice pool and outdoor bar area. Overall it is a solid 3 star hotel
Cons: Corners of the rooms had hair and dirt. Always a bit of a put off in a hotel bathroom. Hotel food is very expensive compared to other local choices. Hotel prices are a bit on the high side. I think they can get way with the pricing because they are a national brand name American's recognize.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff very friendly. Atmosphere was relaxed. Beautiful pool and courtyard. Food at the restaurant was decent. Location to airport great.
Cons: The power would go off and on sporadically. Gift shop credit card system was down.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Service was a little slow in the bar and at the restaurant.
Good 7.0
Pros: This was my second visit during this trip. It met expectations, so I came back before I left.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was phenomenal. We were able to get our room early and the wait staff in the lounge and by the pool were great especially Dayan. Shuttle service to and from the airport was great
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The grounds are absolutely lovely! The restaurant staff was very friendly, attentive and very good at their jobs. The food was delicious. It is an excellent place to stay.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Loved it, very charming
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautifully converted British colonial house near the water, beautiful grounds, spacious suites, porches and verandas. Lovely garden restaurant and bar - very tropical, very “Belizian”. Gracious staff, very safe.
Cons: Can’t think of a thing.
Good 6.5
Pros: It's in a converted colonial mansion, which is very charming. The wide porch is amazing in the evening. Room and reservation ready on arrival. Room was very clean.
Cons: It's in a converted colonial mansion, with all the quirks of an old house. There's an odd split thing going on whereby the bottom-floor stuff (restaurant, bar, some other stuff) is not at all connected with the hotel. It doesn't seem to be a great location, but it's not clear that there would be a better location in Belize City. Contrary to some listings, there is no airport shuttle (not necessarily a negative of the place, but a shortcoming of the listings).
Good 7.1
Cons: Restaurant was closed
Okay 5.7
Cons: Much smaller than the photos make you believe. Much noisier than expected.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: nice location on the water front. The only nice, safe area in Belize City
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Old colonial style house, breezy terrace, nice room
Cons: Lots of stairs, especially to best rooms on 3rd floor. Raddison opposite now blocks the view
Excellent 8.0
Pros: front desk staff was very nice.
Cons: thought there was a shuttle to the airport...there was not. Restaurant located downstairs was a bit odd....
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is a restored colonial house with style. The location is excellent very close to the shore, quiet and 5 min. walk to the ferry station. There is a cozy restaurant on the ground floor which does not belong to the hotel. One can get breakfast there as well as other meals. Next door, there is a to-go cafe with good expresso coffee and croissants. Across the street is Radisson Hotel with restaurants and a pool-bar, which is very convenient. The room is very large and well-decorated (colonial), and the bathroom is functional. The bed was very large and comfortable (king room). There are balcony floors running over 3 sides of the building with tables, benches and chairs, where one can relax and read. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: There is no lift in the house.
Good 7.0
Pros: There was really good service in restaurant.
Cons: Windows couldn't been shut, so there was much noise from outside.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location to Radisson Dock was good since we were on a guys flyfishing trip .
Cons: Checkout was not professional . No receipt . Extended checkout was offered for $200 beliezian .
Good 6.0
Pros: The property has a great location, free parking, and a easy, welcoming check-in. It is close to some of the better restaurants in Belize City, along with a quick walk to the Caye Ferries.
Cons: The room was uncomfortably unclean. From hair around the sink and on towels, to visible stains on the sheets, and a musty, unclean smell, I had a very uneasy stay and a restless night. Further, there was a significantly slow drain in the bathtub, resulting in the tub being 33% full only a few minutes after turning on the shower. Some may not mind this, but it is my biggest hotel pet peeve. I would not book this property again, or recommend it based on my night there.

Pros: Gabe and Otty treated me like family - very welcoming and warm owners!
Cons: - location lacked good bars and restaurants...needed a taxi ride to get to those locations.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was good. The setting is beautiful, and the people are warm and kind.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of, except perhaps to label each of the three keys.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Gaby and OT were wonderful hosts. Gaby was helpful in getting us from and to the airport and to nearby restaurants. Room was comfortable in quiet neighborhood.
Cons: Nothing in particular
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good hospitality and friendly owner.
Cons: Nothing
Good 6.0
Pros: Gaby and Ote are very nice and helpful. However they are getting quite elderly and are not keeping up with the work of the B&B
Cons: The room was not clean:dusty floors candy wrappers and dust bunnies under the bed, furniture and corners Ring of dirt on the sides of the bathtub AC Didn't work
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hosts were friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. The location was very pleasant and convenient for the airport.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff are very kind and helpful. Food allergy concerns were understood and given proper consideration. The location is near the airport so handy when driving a car. Although TV cable coverage was unavailable, we were able to use their Netflix so that aspect was better than expected.
Cons: Driving in Belize city is a challenge because there are very few street signs. Taxi is recommended.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The people, setting and decor were all delightful.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great breakfast and conversation with hostess.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: They immediately made us feel at home and part of their family. Gaby and Oty were the best part of our stay! I wish we had more time to spend with them.

Excellent 9.2
Pros: It’s right by the terminals for excursions and a few attractions of Belize City. With 3 different restaurants on site, finding food and drink is not an issue. Free parking on site was wonderful too. The service was consistently good.
Cons: Like many other people mentioned in their reviews, the birds are very loud in the morning and at night, however that has nothing to do with the property and is easily fixed by bringing a nice set of earplugs.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The view of the ocean and the chirping of the wild birds
Cons: The air conditioner was not cold and the room was warm The hotel food is horrible and expensive Too expensive for the quality received
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff excellent. Many helped us with taxis and shuttles. It's clean and the food was good.
Cons: No
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff!
Good 7.0
Pros: Bag personnel were very knowledgeable and pointed out local sights while we waited for room.
Cons: Check in process. Waited 2 hours after check in to get room. Ad is misleading with regards to airport shuttle. They should post schedule for arrivals and be clear it is not free.
Okay 4.2
Cons: Needs a serious update at all levels. Definitely only 2 stars. The rooms are in perma frost with incredibly old fashioned and noisy air con. The breakfast staff are surly
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was great!
Cons: The bathroom had hair in the shower that was not mine and the hot water did not work and I had to change rooms.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Good location and great staff. Good 2 for 1 happy hour at the pool bar.
Cons: Building was a little tired but definitely a good place to stay if you find yourself in Belize City before heading elsewhere in the country.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very comfortable and relaxing I was feeling at home ☺️. Also I like d sea view very beautiful
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Facility was very clean, the staff was really helpful. The food at the Radisson was great.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Location is great there is a mall across the road very convenient helpful staff .. though the welcoming is a bit too cheesy but probably caters to a US tourist market
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room was nice. Restraint service and food was good
Cons: Stone Grill is a place we’re the food was not what I expected. Food was bland and flavourist.

Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: The location was confusing. We had dogs with us and when booking was told it was dog friendly but upon arrival told that we should have specified we had dogs because they only had one room for pet owners and it would cost more. The staff who greeted us went on about how the cleaning fee of $30 was to insure that the room was cleaned very well of dog hairs etc but we discovered an old dried up urine spot under the bed. The bed was not terribly comfortable and the sink was in the shower. Kind of odd. We were just there one night thankfully
Good 7.5
Pros: The staff were very accommodating! We were able to arrange transport from the water taxi station to the inn and from the inn to the airport the next day. They were able to whip us up dinner on short notice and the meal was very nice. Great chef in house. Prepared us a great breakfast too!
Cons: The room was much smaller than expected. There was also a mothball odor in the room.
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: difficult to say, not really anything
Cons: Belize city is a shady town that you should avoid. The hotel is outdated. We arranged transport with the hotel from the harbour, but they were too late, and we had to take another (more expensive) taxi. But the most dissapointing is the unfriendly service and the way they try to earn as much money from you as possible. Happy that we only stayed 1 night.
Good 7.5
Pros: the red hut inn hotel. Reception with a smile, Quick check-in, calm, cleanliness of the premises, 14 MN from the international airport which will cost you 40 $ BZ. Free coffee in the morning. We took the room at 1:00 PM everything was installed air conditioning ect ...
Cons: the red hut inn ok hotel perfect. NADA

Pros: The staff was amazing and the hotel is 2min from the water taxi and 20min walk from the bus station. We received a lot of information to enjoy Belize city in the safest way possible. Thanks to Sidney and Shuana for the warmth welcome! We felt like VIP guests!
Good 7.0
Pros: Fluffy towels and a balcony with a view
Cons: Stairs but then no view rather have the balcony and cope with stairs
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very basic accommodations. Clean, lovely staff. Good for a one night stay. Close to ferries.
Cons: Room too small. Bed too small. Only a sheet for cover, had to use our picnic blanket to stay warm. Decor was minimal and just not pleasing.
Good 6.5
Pros: It was convenient for one night to stay relatively close to the bus terminal. It is also in the centre and so convenient for shopping and dining.
Cons: It is a very noisy place so if you are after a decent sleep, forget it. The room I had near the water's edge was comfy enough but other guests tended to congregate near the window, chatting away on their phones etc. The bathroom was only merely adequate. Perhaps rooms on the second floor are better. I had difficulties getting a taxi ordered and waited at least 30 min.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Super friendly staff
Cons: Not very nice neighboro=hood nor city. Ok if you need to take an early flight the next day
Good 7.0
Pros: the hotel is really near to the ferries (also called "water taxi"). It can be very usefull if you gotta stay overnight in the city (if you got a plane to catch in the morning or if your plane lands after 4pm). There are no ferries before 10h30 and after 17h for the islands. the personnel of the hotel is really kind and sympatic, you really cannot complain about it!!
Cons: nothing to complain about the hotel! but because of the schedule of the ferries, it is not the good location to go on a tour from the islands during the day.
Good 7.9
Pros: Staff very welcoming , helpful and friendly. You have a free coffee in the morning Room very clean , very quite at night with hot water in the shared bathroom! Street food close by and the water taxi 2min away from the hotel. Nice vue when you chill outside.
Cons: It’s general I’m Bélize but a bit expensive . Otherwise nothing really , I enjoyed my stay .
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff is very helpful, nice warm people. Sidney (the staff employee ) was even taking me to get late night food and even paid for it. The let me also to borrow a tea pot and some accessories. The beds were quite comfortable. The sink is located inside the room, and the toilet and the show is located separately. The room had a cubic fridge which was difficult to adjust - always freezed the content. Sidney also provided with ice from his personal ice-maker.
Cons: Did not like the fact there were no tea/coffee makers, small shampoo/lotion as it is a standard in the US. The TV's are located too high and uncomfortable to watch. The door are not sound proof so you an hear other people leaving/entering loudly from 6am. If you room was facing the street, people were yelling in the morning and unload some metal plates... no sleep. I had to buy ear plugs to sleep. No tea or coffee offered. Had to request to replace lamps, the sink was plugged etc. You have to ask to get a room service.

Pros: free breakfast
Cons: facilities were out-dated shower's only temp was very hot staff rarely smiled
Okay 4.0
Pros: The was a casino for entertainment. The hotel did promise a water view and that waa nice to look out of the window.
Cons: Upon entry, there was a horrible sewage smell throughout and in the elevators. We did not received keys to our room until our last night there. The bellman had to escort us to our room and use his key. It rained through our window which left the floor wet
Okay 4.0
Pros: Breakfast was great, especially the omelets. The staff were amazing, always greeting you, some even remember your name. The rooms were large enough & thank goodness the a/c worked. The view was pretty good too. taxis available, and a great company to help arrange tours, thank you Cassey, & staff.
Cons: The bathroom tiles in the shower were permanently stained, the tub was stained as well. No ventilation in the bathroom, so had to leave the windows open. No night light in there either so the lights had to stay on overnight with the door closed over so you could see in the middle of the night. Location was bad, armed guards 24/7, no gift shop in the hotel, coffee cups(?) There is nothing to do & no place close to go to. I didn't feel 100% safe, but with all that armed security I should have, I guess. The regular menu never changed & the staff called your order to the other building & then your food was brought across to the hotel. To me the hotel was okay, but no where near what I would expect with the name "Ramada" attached to it. Everything is far to get to.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very clean and nice . The breafast in the morning was beyond delicoius .Also the hotel was very family friendly my son enjoyed his stay at the Ramada.
Cons: The key card was giving a little bit of trouble , so we got stuck in the elivator a little while until the next person opened the door from the outside that is hjow we got out.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The food was good. We had the stewed chicken at the calypso bay restaurant. was nice and spicy just like we eat it at home.
Cons: Did not like that there is no beach to swim, just a pool, the deserts was not so good either.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Nothing actually
Cons: It didn’t seem very clean. We noticed a stain on the bed the next morning. We asked for service for our room twice and didn’t receive it. The breakfast was basically cereal and eggs. The casino across the street had music so loud the TV couldn’t even drown it out. Would never recommend anyone to stay. We didn’t even shower the next morning because we didn’t feel like the place was clean enough.
Good 7.0
Pros: The views
Cons: It is in sad shape and desperate need for an upgrade. Mold in the bathtub grout!
Okay 5.0
Pros: The view over the sea
Cons: Quite old building: needs improvements
