Bed was large and comfortable. Great bathroom!!
Everything ! Classy and comfy
front desk staff very customer service oriented Bella the greeter dog but she was only there for the night we checked in.
We expected a room with a view but looked out on the parking lot. To upgrade was $100 more. A bit disappointing. And we were happy to be there for The live music Thursday but the bbq food choices were terrible. We went out for dinner and came back for the music.
It is my favorite hotel. The view is beautiful ! The staff are wonderful.
The location right on the water was beautiful although i thought it was a bit strange how all of the storefronts in the area were vacant.
If the hotel had a pool.
Perched on the edge of the Bellingham Bay, The Hotel Bellwether is considered one of the Pacific Northwest's top luxury hotels. A stay at Hotel Bellwether will mean stunning sunset views glistening off of the marina. The amenities list is quite long, and it includes room service, complimentary WiFi, secure underground parking, and electric car charging stations. There is a private boat dock which allows visitors to arrive by sea.
In the guest rooms, there are oversized pillows and luxuriant beddings. Plus, the bathrooms are outfitted with marble and granite, and they include bath products from Molton Brown. The Seattle Times is delivered to the rooms daily. Plus, there is a safe for storing valuables. There are 10 room styles available, and they each have their own special charm. The most luxurious of the styles is the Lighthouse Suite which gives guests 900 square feet of living space spread over three stories. The stunning water views are visible a full 360 degrees, and the room includes a spiral staircase, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar. The Bellwether Suite is also a good choice as it offers 795 square feet of living space including an oversized balcony.
The hotel features an upscale seafood and steak restaurant called Lighthouse Grill, which is headed by Chef Peter Birk. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu features delicious fare such as blueberry pancakes and Dungeness mac and cheese. The property also includes a day spa where guests can get a variety of relaxing treatments, including flotation therapy sessions.
