Pros (+) The view and being so close to the beach
Cons (-) Everything. Water was barely running and was luke warm which made it feel like I was in jail, considering there was no heat and it was freezing. It seems like a lot of druggies rent from this place, lots of drama ( watching people argue loudly as I was leaving , had a random dude follow me to Dunkin' Donuts asking if he could borrow my phone, and I said No, which he didn't appreciate)
