While nearly at the frontier, shopping is only 15 minutes away in the nearby Cascade Village or a mere 25 minutes away at the Forum Shopping.

Guests can choose where they stay in either the Tetherow Lodges Hotel or one of the many vacation rental homes available through the Tetherow Resort. The Tetherow Lodges Hotel offers 50 eco-friendly hotel rooms. Each room offers an outdoor view of either the mountains, golf course, or both. Each room comes with either a king-size or two queen-size beds. Some have mini bar and fireplace. They do offer a few pet-friendly options. Requests for pet-friendly rooms must be made at the time of check-in. Vacation homes are pet-friendly.

Families staying at the Tetherow may rent one of the different vacation homes instead. With a choice from two, four, or five-bedroom homes, there is enough room for everyone. Guests can choose from seven different floor plans. All homes have smart TVs and built-in speakers with Bluetooth enabled music player. The outside area has fire pits and hot tubs for guests to relax.

All Tetherow vacation homes have access to the hotel clubhouse, golf course, and pool. Mt. Bachelor is a quick drive for those who like to ski.
