Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and convenient access to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Many found the breakfast to be enjoyable with a good variety. However, several reviewers reported issues with cleanliness, including dirty linens, musty smells, and unclean bathrooms. Service was another common concern, with guests citing unhelpful or unfriendly staff, slow check-in, and poor room service. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the room size, others noted maintenance issues and outdated decor. Overall, the positives centered on location and breakfast, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
