Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's pool and location, enjoying the amenities and views. However, there are widespread complaints about the elevators, with frequent malfunctions and long wait times causing frustration. Service quality is mixed, with some staff described as helpful and others as rude or unprofessional. Breakfast and buffet food receive criticism for lack of variety and quality. Overall, while some guests enjoy the facilities, recurring issues with elevators and inconsistent service detract from the experience.

Pros (+) The food was great, the room was huge and clean We were there for a Latin Dance festival on site yet it did not interfere with the other guests and the hotel was very careful with noise control so no other guests had a good night's sleep while we danced until morning.
Cons (-) Shower a bit small
