Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the friendliness of the staff, spacious and clean rooms, and the pool facilities. However, many reviews mentioned issues with the restaurant, such as limited variety, food quality, and menus tailored to foreign guests. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory, though some noted lapses in certain areas. The pool and breakfast received mixed feedback, with positive remarks about the facilities but some complaints about cleanliness and scheduling. Overall, the hotel is seen as family-friendly with good service, but food and restaurant experience need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
