Pros: Super clean & fabulous food

Pros: The pool areas were lovely public areas are nice entertainment downstairs in the nightclub was good and the bar prices were reasonable so if you don’t want to go out it’s good

Cons: The food was nice but I’ve had better quality we got a city view room and it was very noisy also rooms are very nice but no sockets near a mirror in the bedroom

Cons: There are no side small cupboards at the side of the beds to put nick nacks in Very shame that we all had to leave prematually with very little notice given , difficult to make further arrangements to finish holiday and get home to England

Pros: Modern bright located ext all amenities of the resort. All the staff at the hotel were excellent: always friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much for them. All of them were great ambassadors for the hotel. Food was also very good.

Pros: The bottle of cava, chocolate and some welcome drinks in our mini fridge was a lovely touch. The house keeping was very good... Property on the beach front and is a real bonus... Central to everything.

Cons: The pool area was always in the shade as its behind the hotel. No lounge area to sit and have a drink or to simply relax, there was a few chairs set out around the lift area overlooking reception but it wasn't very pleasant to sit there, it felt like we were sat in the corridor. Also the hotel has no balconies off the rooms and think this would put me off coming again.

Pros: Location was fantastic, staff extremely helpful especially with me having to cut my break short, by printing off my new boarding passes & phoning resort hoppa to pick me up from hotel to go back to airport a day earlier than expected..

Cons: A little noisy in the 1st room they put us, but was very kind & moved us to the 8th floor which was much better. Unfortunately I had a phone call from home on the Sunday night so had to make my way home a day earlier than planned.

Cons: We stayed in room 706 with a jacuzzi bath in the room. The A/c wasnt switched on which you think would not be a problem in February but the room got very hot and was uncomfortable to sleep at night. Unfortunately you can not have the windows open and the blind down at the same time. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and efficient. There was a very good selection of food in the restaurant and all drinks, orange juice etc. were premium. The layout of the restaurant meant there was a roadblock at the show cooking station at times and it felt a bit like a canteen. We felt there was a lack of space to sit around the bar area. There are chairs and tables outside but taken up by people who want to smoke. We popped into the room downstairs but didnt like it as no windows. The view from the front facing window and the location were amazing but on reflection we would prefer a balcony to a jacuzzi which we only used twice during our 4 night stay. The chill out area on floor 9 is lovely. Bar staff exceptional, efficient, friendly but unobtrusive and delicious cocktails using all premium brands. We didnt use the spa as the weather was wonderful and as we were there less than 6 days it would have cost €14 for 1 hr. There is a small pool and sun loungers at the back of the hotel but it looses the sun early in winter so didnt use and sea was warmer but looked clean and well maintained as did the Children's play area and small gym. Lots of Spanish staying at the hotel which is always a good sign. We did enjoy our stay and certainly no complaints. Probably better if you smoke or want a grown up hotel but some facilities for young children. The beach just a few steps away is immaculately kept as is the popular promenade. A walk around the tapas lanes in the old town 5- 10mins pleasant walk away is highly recommended. A lovely short stay. Friendly, relaxed, immaculately clean, professional, good value and high quality.

Pros: The hotel was superb, great value, really comfortable beds, beautiful five star linen, wonderful bathrom. And well worth the upgrade to a sea view. All the food was excellent, house wine was very good.

Pros: The hotel lived up to its billing , right on the beach and really good value on the all inclusive deal ! Rooms are smart and we had one with a great sea view .The bar staff and waiters are very friendly and helpful . Another plus is you can use your card in the other nearby Magic hotels

Cons: The food cannot really be called Gourmet and can be a bit boring we had to chase the staff up one evening because quite a few of the trays needed topping up !! This was later sorted out with the restaurant manager

Cons: The only poor thing about the hotel was a lack of seating to sit inside there were only seats under the veranda so you were sat in a draught ,in October that was poor.
