Location was OK. All the facilities were there. On paper it was nice. The realities were not good. The reception was brusk. The phone was answered by someone who supplied facts, not help.
The place was cheap. The water did not get hot, and it took a long time to get warm. The drain in the sink was extremely slow. Plastic cups wrapped in plastic for glasses in the bathroom.
The pool and jacuzzi were brand new. The breakfast was better than the typical continental breakfast with the inclusion of biscuits and sausage gravy for those who would eat that sort of thing. In general, the room was clean and beautiful. Big walk-in shower and full sized refrigerator. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the ice cream vending machine.
We had to put tape over the blinking fire alarm green light because as soon as the room lights are out they are overwhelmingly bright. Felt like being in a disco, and not in a good way. The jacuzzi jets were out of order even though the jacuzzi appeared to be brand new, although the water was good and hot. Carpet in room was badly stained. Sad that as they are converting to a Comfort Inn that they will no longer be pet friendly. The refrigerator froze our food because it had been pre-set on the highest setting.
Fun Little Getaway
Definitely a great deal.Beautiful rooms. Wonderful staff. And bonus...direct TV is in every room. It was very clean. We really loved this hotel and if we ever find ourselves in Bentonville again, we will definitely be returning here.
I liked everything
Nice hotel suite at great price
loved the very spacious room and kitchenette, was clean and quiet even though we were very close to elevator
The beds could have been a little softer. There was a horrible bright light flashing on some sensor over one of the beds that was very irritating once the lights were out.
The room was large and clean and attractively decorated, the Suites perfectly located for Crystal Bridges Museum, the WiFi was fast, and the breakfast very generous. Staff that we met in the halls were friendly. The kitchen area was well equipped. Nice to have a business area with access to computer and internet.
The king-sized bed looked lovely, but the padding on the top of it was softer than I prefer and it was hard to turn from side to side. The shower looked lovely, too, with a double area for sitting, but the shower head was fixed and the pressure was minimal, so it was hard to see how one could really take advantage of the seating, etc. The basin had a spray feature which resulted in very little water coming out (had to run it forever to get lukewarm) and no pressure. In contrast to staff we met in the halls and the dining area who were exceedingly friendly, the ones who checked us in and out were not welcoming at all.
My second stay here -- one of the nicer value-type business hotels in Rogers/Bentonville, and one of my 3 favorites. Nice newer facility, nice staff, comfy beds, good breakfast, good coffee, great in-room kitchen setup (including full size fridge). Decent value if you can find a room for $75 or less. Not a whiff of stale cigarette smoke (my pet peeve).
Carpet in room is starting to look a little grungy.
Very nice. Updated. Clean. Friendly service. Great value. Convenient to crystal bridges. Right off interstate. Would stay again.
The room was spacious and clean, with a nice kitchenette.
Bed was a bit soft and saggy. I would stay there again, but would probably request a room on the backside of the hotel as the highway noise could be a bit loud at times.
Very nice for price
