The only positive thing I can say is the location was good.
I could go on for days about what was awful. We couldn't check in until 6PM (supposed to be 3PM), then our room key wouldn't work, we had no towels for 2 days, the hot tub was disgusting and a pipe burst in the middle of the night. There were no employees to be found and the bar was never open. They never cleaned our room AT ALL. The night the pipe broke the emergency flashing lights were on for hours after. They are just very disorganized and seem to have no staff. There was never any coffee. I was told breakfast started at 7 and at 7:15 there was nothing out for breakfast. It's a terrible hotel.
The hotel is beautiful and has a very high end look. Rooms are very spacious and clean
We could hear every step the person in the room above us took. Not sure if every room is like that or we happened to have loud people above us. To park your car you have to park up a hill and walk down, no path walk on and the street wasn’t plowed adequately making it dangerous to walk down. The fire alarm went off twice after 9PM meaning we had to walk down to the lobby twice, we were offered no explanation or apology for having to evacuate the rooms twice within a half hour.
Large rooms, nice to have sink and fridge in room, steam and sauna good size, location works well for ski areas
Hot tub broken, lobby water main break with a fire alarm that lasted for 2+ hours, no parking, front desk staff unavailable at check in and check out, bed sheets were dirty, unprofessional front desk staff, I could go on and on!
Modern lobby, rec room, pool
Very few staff, struggled to keep things stocked, generally not as clean as I would have expected, suite was not supplied with necessities such as paper towels, silverware, etc
Location close to Bretton Woods
No pillows for pullout bed. Said no more pillows in hotel. Dirty sheets, had to change ourselves. No mattress protector. Super uncomfortable pullout bed.
