Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its delicious breakfast and dinner buffets, with many highlighting the variety and quality of the food as a standout feature. The location is also highly regarded, especially for its proximity to scenic spots like Shirahige Waterfall and Blue Pond. Service is generally described as warm and attentive, though a few guests mention issues with front desk staff or management. Amenities such as the onsen and renovated infrastructure are appreciated, but there are some neutral or mixed comments about room cleanliness, air conditioning, and room size. Overall, the positives—especially the food and location—outweigh the negatives for most guests.
