The location was not that bad. The staff was nice.
Beds and rooms nor clean. No ventilation in toilets. Not comfortable beds. Bad smell in the rooms. Windows are not soundproof. Very noisy

The receptionist was really nice to us, and did everything to try to find a solution, unlike the manager/owner who was only after some quick money.
The fact that they told us they don't have our reservation, then made up a twisted story to explain why not, then lied to us again that they send 2 people to another hotel so that my friends could sleep there and practically forced them to sigh the forms. The fact that we were promised a solution within an hour and ended up waiting 4.5 hours.
