Cons (-) Very dirty, carpet was blackened, bugs were noted. No conditioner was available. No iron or ironing board in the room. Tub was very slippery. Advertised heated pool was very cold and hot tub was broken.

The pool area was dirty and the sink in the restroom there was lying on the floor so you couldn't wash your hands after using the restroom and before getting back in the pool or hot tub....NOT sanitary at ALL! Also, the water pressure in our room was so terrible that I couldn't get all of the shampoo out ...
