Pros: The location was easy to find right off the highway. The breakfast was good (eggs, waffles, oatmeal, fruit). Convenient walk for dinner at Applebee's or Cracker Barrel. The room was clean and a good size. It was perfect for a one night stay while we visited Howe Caverns and Animal Adventure Park.
Cons: No complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean room. Excellent breakfast with many choices.
Cons: Nothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The morning coffee and staff
Cons: Bed was too soft.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very clean, simple to find everything, very good breakfast! Kids looked the make your own waffle station, (of course supervised ;)Staff members were nice when I needed a extra cot she brought it up to us like within 15 minutes. Short drive to alot of things even walking distance of the movies!
Cons: We didnt like that the spa had been sealed up, when booking I seen no mention of it being out of order. (Yes I could have not seen that part if IT WAS mentioned) so that was a little disappointing the pool & spa were the many reasons we wanted it for kids and us adults. If we had known we probably wouldn't have booked there. The bathrooms were a bit small also they were just oddly placed with the room the bathroom had.
6.5 Good
Pros: Proximity to restaurants and Binghamton University.
Cons: Inflated prices due to the graduation. Beds were not comfortable and were sunken. Breakfast was subpar. Breakfast staff was not too friendly. It would have been nice to hear a “good morning”.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast had a nice variety of food. Location was awesome to have gas & resturants near by within walking distance.
Cons: More parking for trailers
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Great access. Near places to eat.
Cons: Everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent..with one exception. The check in time...we arrived after checkin time and rooms were not ready. We said OK we are here for a graduation so we will go to get the graduate and be back. Well over an hour still not ready. We were irritated because we were only there for a short time Saturday evening until Sunday morning . THe graduation was at 9a so we would be checking out at 730am. The cost of the room was quite high due to Graduation weekend. We didn't realize the rooms should have been reserved a year ahead of time. The desk person said you were booked from the previous night and rooms weren't ready .There was nothing you could do. We said the Staff should have been increased to accommodate the guests. Especially, since we at first left to give them time to ready the rooms and upon return still not ready. Another Mgr came over and asked what seemed to be the issue? We told her and we said the other person didn't even aoologize. Not that an apology would change anything. This 2nd person said well if its going to be a "Production". My frieinds and I said at the same time.."Excuse me?" that was fresh. We didn't question increase in the cost of room and we were ok when we arrived that our rooms were not ready...but to come back and still they were not ready! This is not good customer service" She then said, I didn't mean it that way. At that moment two associates from the cleaning Staff came over and asked the woman what could they do..They went and got the rooms ready which was about a twenty minute wait. The rooms were excellent ..as a matter of fact I asked at checkout what kind of mattresses are used. THe gentleman told me and also said how I could go on line and check out the various items offered. Which I am going to do. Mattress was fantastic...and the pillows and linen as well. Reminds me of the Heavenly Bed ensemble.
Cons: Rooms could have been ready in a more reasonable time. We reserved two rooms and neither were ready so we couldn't even leave our bags in one while the other could have been finished. THey did however offer to hold them at the desk but we declined
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and nice with great location.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed at this hotel many many times. The breakfasts have always been great .The motel is comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. One thing you might like to look into is redoing the bathrooms. Get rid of the tubs and have walk-in showers. They are easier to clean and safer to get in and out of.Other then that you have a great motel..Dorothy English
Cons: Walk in showers and taller toilets.

Pros: Great hosts, beautiful property, great breakfast. We arrived very late and the hosts accommodated us no problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant owners, comfortable surroundings and wonderful food.
Cons: Honestly can not think of anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved staying at Park House. The home is older and lovely; decorated tastefully with so many little touches to enjoy. The bed was perfect and everything was clean and tidy. The common areas were comfortable and quiet and were a perfect spot to work on my word puzzles. Breakfast was delicious and served on lovely china and even the silverware was beautiful. Also, coffee and tea are always available with a Keurig. I had a late night dinner and had worried about coming in "after hours". Not a problem with a door code. It was such a nice stay.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: t what stood out about Park was the collection of books on Binghamton's history- I wish I could have borrowed a few or that I had the time to read them at Park House
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly owners.....lovely BIG breakfast, served on interesting plates, ups, etc. cool when warm out, nice and warm when I woke up. Large room, comfortable bed.
Cons: Few outlets, but a minor inconvenience and the house is OLD.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were excellent! Very comfortable. Breakfast was a gourmet delight. Common areas were appealing and restful.
Cons: Spotty wifi with limited tv reception
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved the interior of the house. Lighting and furnitures gave cozy atmosphere. It was comfortable for a traveler and house owner himself was very kind. Also loved delicious breakfast. Our family felt welcomed and we appreciate house owner.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, very friendly host, good breakfast, free parking.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very friendly host.
Cons: No three pronged outlets in room for computer. No desk to work at in the place. Host tried to be accommodating but sitting on a couch in an open area is not good for computer usage. Internet went out within 30 minutes of arrival. New internet access was provided when asked. Linen Headboard of bed was dirty, had not been wiped off or vacuumed in a very long time. Placed a bath towel over it so dirt wouldn’t fall on me. Nightstand kerchief was dirty. Dirt, dust, small hairs and spilled drink on it. I removed it and replaced with a hand towel. Cobwebs in corners of room and in bathroom. Tub in bathroom was dirty. Two areas of tub clearly never get touched/cleaned. Very nice host but not the best house keepers. They need to hire someone to do full cleaning, consistently. Place was full so I didn’t ask to move to another room to see if it was cleaner. Shared bathroom so new room wouldn’t have improved the bathroom situation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet area. Mattress was great. Breakfast was delish. Free internet. The owners were always available. Very personable. We had a great experience. When back in the Endicott area again we will be staying here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful house. The hosts made us feel at home. Generous and delicious breakfast. Squeaky-clean bathrooms and rooms. Safe area in a quaint and quiet street.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff.
Cons: Softer pillows

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was exceptional almost every one of them. Beds were super comfy and room was lovely and clean.
Cons: My only problem was Thursday night my daughter who loves getting room service wanted Hot Chocolate and when I called to place the order I was called back and told they were out of Hot Chocolate. We were disappointed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly check-in, nice rooms.
Cons: Very minor maintenance issues. Shower curtain was tearing slightly and the hot water knob was a little lose. Otherwise a very nice room.
7.0 Good
Pros: Loved the cookies. Nice staff
5.8 Okay
Pros: We appreciated the warm cookies and the check and staff was very nice.
Cons: Was not up to standard and had a lot of maintenance issues. I made a complaint when we were checking out and was told this somebody will call me the next day and as of today no one has called. There was duct tape hanging over the door to hold up a fixer fixture, the bathroom floor was not clean, the shower curtain was dirty at the bottom, the room had not been dusted at all it was so dusty, there were water stains on the ceiling. My husband and I were very disappointed we felt like they gave us the worst room in the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location
7.0 Good
Pros: Eh
Cons: Weak water pressure
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff and cleanliness
Cons: Nothing
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Did not trust the waitress who brings up the food for room service. So, we did not have breakfast, went out into the downtown area instead. The staff overall was not the most friendly, with the exception of the front desk girl. She was nice and helpful from the time she first saw us on day one, to the time we left on day four.
Cons: The attitude of the manager was very stoic and not the most friendly when we walked into the hotel. He handed us cookies out of what seemed to be an obligation, instead of good customer service and care. The waitress who brought up our room service was not friendly. It was a white woman with dark hair. Upon entering she never spoke when she was in the room and was not friendly. So, that made us uncomfortable with ordering frequently from the bistro downstairs and opted instead to get a few groceries from outside of the hotel. NOT LIKELY TO STAY HERE AGAIN.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I was given a room on the 7th floor that overlooked the baseball stadium....and because the team was playing at home each night I was there, and they were doing fireworks after home games, I could see them from my window!
Cons: The location looked to be an older part of town that perhaps is starting to experience revival. The hotel itself seems very safe. I would suggest that smokers could be encouraged to go a bit farther from the door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location
7.5 Good
Pros: Centrally located
Cons: nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is quite pretty and I love the Crabtree and Evelyn soaps
Cons: This hotel is not one for a traveler that wants to get off an exit quickly to sleep and quickly get back on the road. In my defense, I did call the hotel to see how far they were from 81 but their response (5 minutes) did not match reality.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: great breakfast
Cons: size of room advertised was not the size we received
6.8 Good
Pros: Bed lumpy, uncomfortable lopsided
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable
4.3 Okay
Pros: We stayed here probably 10 times within the past 2 years and our rooms were always great. This time around, we noticed the lack of housekeeping in our suite and the facility itself. Dirty stains on the carpet and old outdated furniture that should be replaced. The bath tub drain/stopper was broken and we couldn't give our toddler a bath, did the staff ask if we wanted to switch rooms? No.
Cons: What's the point of having a hotel bar if it's rarely ever open? If you have guests staying at your hotel, the amenities should be available for your guests. Period. Also our breakfast the second morning was definitely all the left overs from the previous day. Gross looking fruit salad and hard pastries and scones. It's unfortunate that we will no longer stay here. Oh and if you want a fridge in your room it's $10 per night. Absolutely ridiculous.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming atmosphere and architecture. Different from the other standard hotels.
Cons: No
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was beautiful.
Cons: The facilities are clearly old and worn.

Cons: T,V small, cable buffered for awhile, ice machine not working, no ice bucket, window painted shut so no fresh air in room.
7.0 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Small room and starting to age. Mine was on the ground floor, no views but it must have had a neon sign outside my window because it was very bright all night
6.8 Good
Cons: We had to go to front desk 3times for there was great trouble just trying to get into our room. We definitely enjoyed our stay otherwise. Excellent history of the building and love the place as it very welcoming
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was decent but nothing truly special. The check in process too a little longer than most and the room was adequate up nothing more. The staff was friendly but I honestly was not impressed with the hotel.
Cons: The location was hard to find. The parking lot was a bit archaic. You have golf carts and guests negotiating the same parking lot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were there for a family funeral. We have always been happy with the hotel and the staff. They do an excellent job. placing a comfortable sitting chair in the room would make it perfect.
Cons: No comfortable chair to sit in for reading. We used to go into the living room with the fireplace and sofas to read, but that has been converted to more tables for the tavern.

3.8 Mediocre
Cons: It wasn’t clean, the cable went it, the WiFi went out, there was a water alarm that sounded like a fire alarm that went off until 11pm and the manager was unpleasant
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was more than I bargain for. Driving all night it was my last minute booking. The price was right and the room was what I needed to rest and continue my traveling. Clean, comfortable with all the needed amenities. Actually, I was impressed with the design and modern details or additions for a traveler passing by just for a few hours. I am very thankful that the desk front or clerk was able to provide us by toothpaste and toothbrushes. Somehow we couldn't find ours.
Cons: I like everything!

Cons: Some of the staff were a little rude. Did not appreciate staff member banging on my door in the night and wanting to enter my room without explaining why. The floor was also noisy. Other guests would slam their room doors, which was disturbing. Other than that, a nice hotel.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Checking out
Cons: The continual cigarette smoke seeping into our room. The dirty carpet. The cigarette in the bathroom on the floor that they just couldn’t seem to remove. One of the windows at end of hallway was clouded over and needed replacing.

Pros: I liked nothing about my stay! I’m a Traveling Nurse and came to this location because my assignment is within close proximity of the facility! GRAVE MISTAKE!!!!!! After three night of my Reservation I left at 5am Friday morning because I found bed bugs in the Bed!!!!! After the receptionist contacted the manager he was so upset that I was demanding a refund, he had no interest in addressing the problem at hand......... which is the hotels lack of extermination!!!! I called the corporate offices on Friday and plan to take it farther. I would absolutely not encourage anyone to be enticed by their reasonable prices for your health and peace of mind book at another hotel!!!!!
Cons: Your bedbugs!!!!

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Staying on 1st floor, which I requested because I have an older dog with 3 legs and our room was on the 2nd floor. It was hard for him climbing 2 sets of stairs
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good parking. A little hard to see the sign at first. Very close to restaurants, etc.
Cons: When I went online to book a room, I was told there were only 3 rooms left and they were smoking. When we got there, the clerk said, "We have plenty of rooms. "
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else was great. Staff was pleasant and place was clean. We are staying there again in August!!
Cons: I didnt like the fact we had trouble with the key cards. They wouldnt work and we had to walk around to lobby to get in. Getting into room was hard woth with key card and then we had to arm check the door basically to get in. They reprogrammed our keys once but they still gave us issues. Being disabled it was a tough situation with key cards.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean, comfortable, no-frills... perfect for an in/out overnight. Eateries within walking distance. Extra-secure with no outward-facing doors.
Cons: Hermetically sealed, no fresh air and a deliberate air freshener that permeated the room and gave me a headache. I ran the fan on constant to help alleviate the effect. Too, as with many such establishments the feee coffee is very underpowered, let's say. But there is a Starbucks on the way back to the highway. No deal breaker.

Cons: Breakfast was ok, but the room was meant to be nonsmoking and the palce stank of smoke and the carpets were dirty, the shower was very hard and unpleasant
4.5 Okay
Pros: Price is reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: Poor breakfast, even no eggs. Amenities are old and worn out. Smoke can be smelled.
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable. Good value.
Cons: Slow service. We arrived several hours after check-in and we were given a dirty room (had not yet been cleaned). They happily switched rooms for us, but acted like this was a common issue. The bathroom could use a good scrub, particularly the mildewy tub.
5.0 Okay
Pros: close to the highway with easy access.
Cons: This hotel has become long term housing for a variety of people. This was the only place on a 10 day trip where we felt uncomfortable.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Although somewhat incompetent staff was friendly. Location is pretty good.
Cons: The motel is dirty as was the room we checked into. Had to wait until after 2 pm to check in even when I was told the night before the room would be ready by 7 am. Ran out of toilet paper. Staff could not find any. Had the room been cleaned properly that would have never been an issue. Had to complain to corporate and had to be adamant about getting any toilet paper. Finally after over a hour the front desk wanted me to come there and get it instead of bringing it to me. I said no that I wanted it brought to me. Room was not cleaned Sunday. Not sure if it is going to get cleaned or not.
6.8 Good
Pros: The lady manager was VERY nice...she moved our room on our second night due to the "mess" in our first room...
Cons: When we got there for our 2 night stay - we had asked for non-smoking and our first room was HORRIBLE smelling (smoke)...the toilet paper roller was laying on the counter...the room was a mess...
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: To start the door to the room didn't work, we had to force it open and closed. The room was dirty and smelled like mold . We asked for a new room we told they were sold out. The tube had mold and the ceiling in the shower was falling apart with mold in it. There were garbage and cigarette butts all over the parking . And police were continuously patrolling the parking lot. We booked this hotel because we were looking for a pool. Apparently the pool closed several years ago. But the still adverse a pool .
5.0 Okay
Pros: Cigarette ashes in the sink made me wonder about the rest of the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, close to event we were attending,Speediefest, room was perfect had everything we needed, bed was comfy, and hotel was pretty quiet too.

4.3 Okay
Cons: Non smoking room smelled of smoke, hallway carpets riddled with stains and water in tub came out brown at first
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The rooms were disgusting. There was a box of tissues in the room that had blood on them. The actual tissues. This place is a dump.
Cons: A clean room would have been a great start.
