Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and impressive city views, making it convenient for exploring local attractions and dining. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with amenities, particularly the frequent failure of air conditioning and heating, as well as problems with TV and cleanliness in some rooms. While some staff members were described as friendly and helpful, service was inconsistent, and noise from other guests or the bar was occasionally disruptive. Overall, the location and views were standout positives, but maintenance and amenity issues detracted from the experience.
