Pros (+) That fact that it is connected to the mall is the BEST thing about this hotel.
Cons (-) Seems somewhat outdated. Not enough attention is being paid to the small things (carpet and bed linen was stained, bath tub faucet leaked, pool/hot tub CLOSED). I expect more from a Hyatt Regency.
