Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly, helpful staff, with several reviews highlighting the ease of access to nearby attractions and the welcoming atmosphere. However, there were frequent complaints about uncomfortable beds, cleanliness issues including pests, and maintenance problems in rooms and bathrooms. Opinions on breakfast were mixed, with some guests enjoying the light offerings while others found it minimal or unsatisfactory. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements are needed in room comfort and cleanliness.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly & the lodge was very clean.
Cons (-) The pool is no longer working. The fire pit couldn't be lit bc they didnt have any wood. What activities could you do at the lodge besides stay inside? You dont want to stay inside on an out of town trip.

Pros (+) The hotel was a nice change from your cookie cutter hotels. Beautifully remodeled (recently I think by the looks of the place). Staff was very friendly. Loved the lodge feel and decor. Right in town too.
Cons (-) The mattress was garbage. It was wore out and the springs poked and prodded all night long making it very uncofromtable.
