Pros (+) I will never buy from you again hotel, lack of understanding and sensitivity to the customer, two out of the three I ordered I had to cancel and had to stay another day, instead of moving the date requested an additional fee, the hotel however did so with understanding and free
Cons (-) The hotel understand and u guys not, i never get hotels from kayak again.
