The apartment is located in a complex that had meeting spaces, restaurants, a hotel, a quaint white-washed chapel in a lovely courtyard dripping with greenery. There are many more restaurants and services nearby, including the Unicentro Mall on the opposite corner of the building. Our apartment faced the street, but the sound of traffic was mostly buffered by an extra set of glass windows enclosing the patio. The junior suite offered plenty of space for our family of three sharing the king size bed. Ample closet space to put things. The kitchen was stocked with some of the things we needed to cook some meals ourselves. Breakfast was delivered to our apartment each morning at the time we chose at check in. —The front desk staff were very accommodating when we decided to change our plans at the last minute and go out of town for a few days. They stored our luggage for us. They also helped fix any issues we had right away. —We appreciated the vase of fresh flowers on the coffee table when we arrived. — Daily housekeeping was nice, although not expected for apartment stay.
Even though we selected our breakfast ahead of time and indicated exactly what we wanted, the staff rarely got the order right. Twice we were scolded for not having filled out the form correctly by the woman who brought the food. Example, we indicated hot chocolate and arepas every day on the sheet we filled out — and one day we got coffee and toast delivered instead, but it was our fault? I'm pretty forgiving when there's a mistake — I worked in the service industry at one point — but never once did I blame the customer for my mistake. — There's very little attention to details that might make short-stay visitors more comfortable. There were not enough bath towels for the number of guests, and no dish towels, paper towels or napkins in the kitchen. Dish soap would have been nice, perhaps. AirBnBs I've visited have set the bar a little higher. Fresh flowers are nice, but things we really need are even more appreciated.
Was a very good place to stay.
Bathrooms toiletry could have been provide renew it more often.
All service was excellent.
The cleanliness in the room can improve. The stove top barely heats up, there is no utensils at all in the kitchen. One of the mattress is extremely uncomfortable and you could feel the wires poking your back and legs when you r laying down. Bath towels were scarce and worn out, and toiletries are minimum.
The tranquility despite being so close to lots of great dinning and shopping. The park just up the street.
