Great location
The worst Marriot I have ever been! While I booked a higher level double-beds room, the front desk lady, Eva, gave me a 6th floor room. She didn't aware she was wrong until I asked her. Then she gave me a room on the top floor. HOWEVER, I OPENED THE DOOR AND FOUND THAT ROOM HAS ANOTHER GUEST ALREADY! So I went down again to get my room. this time another woman with no name tag deal with my problem, She just have cold face, say sorry perfunctorily, and told me they don't have two-beds room for higher floor. I was irritated at that time, and she ROLLED HER EYES TO ME. It was late that day and I need rest, so I finally checked in with a two-beds room in the lower level. Actually they charged extra $10 per room per day for the higher level, but they even FORGOT TO REDUCE THAT PART OF FEE. The whole check-in procedure really made me feel disgusted. Not discrimination or racist, I guess the second woman is Latin American because she has black hair, Also, the old man at the checkin desk is also arrogant and rude. While my friend and I came to the desk and havn't say a word, he just point to another place and said "go there " and ask another people to talk to us. Overall this experience with Marriot made me deeply disappointed and worried. Their room keys are electronic cards, which means everyone may face the same situation with me in Boston, you opened your room and found a man in the room, or you just finished shower and came out then find out a stranger is in your room. If you want to be treated nicely, then find another hotel, Marriot is not for you.

The breakfast was varied, fresh, delicious, perfect! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a nice view of Copley Square from our window. I liked that when calling an elevators, the computer screen would tell me which one I should take. The location was excellent, very central.
