Staff very friendly and accommodating. Got text to remind us of our reservation. Porter staff made my boys so happy that they want to come back next time to stay.
The room decor is dated.
Great location, nice having pub and restaurant in hotel and bed super comfy!
They have gluten free toast never able to find this anywhere!!
The process between booking.com and hotel is confusing. We needed to leave a day earlier and no one knew how to handle this.
