Clean. Friendly staff.
Not a lot.
The room was clean, had a great view and the television was humongous.
A little expensive for what you get.
The location is nice. Access to many choices of food.
You have to use elevator to check in then another elevator to your room. Got there at 2:00 pm as I thought check in was at 3:00. They told me they will text me when a room is ready as check in is 4;00 pm. Waited 2 hours with my family outside and no one texted me. I decided to go back up and check, then a different person tells me, oh a room is ready now. The first young lady was not friendly at all. The one that checked me in was not friendly but pleasant. Then they told me $50.00 for valet, when I parked, it was $58.00. Except for the guys that parked the car and the cleaning staff, the others treated us like we were invisible. Probably would not stay there again. Well, if their rates are dramatically reduced.
It’s in a prime locations and close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and theatres. Nice breakfast buffet.
Room service came to our door and woke us up at 4am trying to deliver hot water. I understand that it was a mistake but you should also probably double check your memo if you’re going to start knocking on doors at 4am. Really frustrating. Also 4pm check in time is wildly late. What are you even paying for if you can’t check in til late in the afternoon? We wound up having to rush getting ready for our events because we had to kill time waiting for our room to be ready. And you can barely relax in the room or use the facilities for a decent amount of time. I think they need to speed up the cleaning and room readying processes.
Right downtown close to things. Clean and stuff where great!
