The Ritz gets all the small details right. I would for sure stay at the Boston Ritz again. Every person we interacted with was kind and considerate. I highly recommend it.
Our faucet was leaky and there was no coffee or nespresso machine in the room despite their own website saying the room would have that. They offered to move us to a new room, but that’s a hassle over a very minor inconvenience.
Additional charge for spa / fitness access Disappointing breakfast It is not a dedicated building, the hotel only occupies the last 4 floors.
The staff were unhelpful and in accommodating. Our check in was at 4, our room was not ready until 6:30. We still had to pay for those 2.5 hrs we lost waiting.
The cleanliness, comfort and decor of the suite
hallway decor, expensive valet parking
This Boston Ritz has all the comfort and beauty along with the wonderful customer service one is accustomed to with all Ritz Properties. The bed was heaven, the room modern yet classy, cozy, plush and very spacious.
We were disappointed that this property did not have a pool or spa facilities.
The Ritz Carlton, Boston easily lives up to the Ritz Carlton reputation for luxury and refinement. Located in the city’s Theater District it is close to the famous Boston Common, the New England Aquarium, Faneuil Hall, the Freedom Trail, and the many other Boston attractions. It is also within walking distance of Emerson College and less than three miles to Logan Airport, making it ideal for anyone traveling through or to Boston.
Recently redesigned, it features a balance of modern luxury with the timeless colonial flair that is the hallmark of its Boston ancestry. The amenities include the Equinox Sports Club offering more than 100k square feet in space and over 40 different sporting options under that single roof. There are nine meeting spaces and business services, and the 19-screen AMC Loews Boston Common theater that is able to be booked through the hotel.
Full business services are available on the premises and other options include concierge services, a ticket and tour desk, wellness facilities with spa and massage options, grocery delivery services, a car hire desk, barber and beauty shop services, and pet-friendly policies. Dining is available in the Artisan Bistro with the restaurant’s signature dishes, as well as in Avery Bar with craft cocktails and small plates for the post-theater crowd.
The rooms and suites feature 24-hour concierge, in-room dining round the clock, luxurious marble baths, free WiFi, premium sound and entertainment equipment, mini-fridge and honor bar, luxury linens, and designer toiletries.
Perfectly suited for major business events, but just as ideal for the solo traveler exploring Boston, the Ritz Carlton, Boston is a good choice for all.
