Loved the location. The one staff member who was able to assist us was great.
At the beginning of our stay, when we were asking for advice on places to visit or directions to local tourist sites, staff were unable to help. They stated they didnt know??? The COVID-19 pandemic started part way through the time of my stay I feel the way the staff handled it was not as good as it could have been. They cancelled in house services without notifying us. Changes that were related to the pandemic were not communicated to us. Other than this, all the staff except one were not very helpful. There is daily fee added into the cost of the stay for things such as the rooftop bar, gym etc. We were unable to use any of this during our stay, and even before the COVID-19 restrictions were put in place the rooftop bar was closed. This was not noted anywhere. There has been no offer for a reduction in the cost of our stay. It was very expensive considering.

Very modern hotel, staff were really nice and the location was excellent.
We were really annoyed the roof top bar wasn’t open as this is the only reason we booked the hotel. It should be advertised that it’s not opened at certain times of the year

The location is great, close to the Bus stop to/from airport (~10min walk), close to Chinatown amd South stations. 5min from Boston Common/Pubic Garden. You can basically walk to Downtown, it’s a pleasant walk. Great walk to waterfront. 7Eleven and Dunkin Donuts right across the street, pleanty of restaurants close as well. The room was big and the beds super comfy, loved it. The staff is really nice.
The street was a bit noisy, and you could ear noise from the other rooms. But would stay there again.
