Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed there during a heavy snowstorm, and they extended breakfast time and provided shovels and brushes so people could get to their cars and remove the accumulated snow. They have hot water for tea all day long, and warm cookies in the evening, which made things easier when it was super cold outside.

The breakfast bar has lots of choices and the food was pretty good. Everything looked/felt clean. The comforter had a duvet cover on it, so that it can be changed out and washed between guests, which I really appreciated! Similarly, the inside portion of the shower curtain was removeable. I don't know if they actually replace it between guests, but it is possible to do so. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. Actually, it probably wasn't the bed so much as the pillows. The bed was very soft (which I like), but the pillows were very thick and hard and didn't "give" at all. The combination left my back being tweaked in weird angles all night. We stayed there for four nights, but I barely slept any of those nights, so I was pretty exhausted most of the time.
