Staff was very friendly and the front office is beautiful like an old Victorian house.
Immediately greeted by two beetles inside the front door of my room; room smelled heavily of cigarettes and musty-ness. Everything in the room was old and dark - comforters smelled so strongly of musty that I actually had a hard time sleeping. Also, could not lock the door that adjoined to the next door room, and front door had no dead bolt so I had to set up booby traps and worry all night about being invaded. Although I consider Branson to be very safe, it was still a little nerve wracking for a solo female traveler. Rooms just need serious updating.
I really can't pin point a great feature maybe just the price and the pool, but they have a hard time understanding the booking.com side of it once I gave them my card they had to recalculate my price so it would reflect the one you all gave me.
I have stayed once before and it was very nice, but I guess after years people stop taking care of thing and start selling out room but the week and the complex suffers for that.
Staff was amazing. For the price was a great hotel
Not that the staff didn't fix
I liked how the pool was clean and the staff was so friendly!
