Cons (-) I had a room booked 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived at the hotel for check in, at 1h00 AM (after 4h of driving), there was nobody a t the front desk. I waited until 2H00AM. Nobody showed up. I left. They refunded me without any argument, tough. To me, your stay is in jeopardize if you plan to arrive late. You may not get to your room!
