We liked the location and the parking and the decor
The lift was not working from the underground parking up to the hotel and a notice said out of action until Dec! You have to be very fit to carry your bags up about 6 flights if stairs. The spa facilities were not available only the pool. We had to complain about the noise at night in our room a high pitched humming sound which we were told by the night porter was an engineering fault, we were offered ear plug or to be moved which we declined as it was 1am by that time and didn’t fancy decamping. The noise was still there when we left at 11.am, the reception staff had no knowledge of our issues overnight we felt was very poor.
The room was gorgeous. And the bed was so, so comfortable.
This is a tiny thing but a few more tea bags and milk would have been ideal. I went to make a cup of tea in the morning and there wasn't any left. Everything else was so luxurious it seemed paltry by comparison.
This location was fabulous! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be.
Breakfast was excellent/Location perfect as we were going to the O2
The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean. The restaurant provided us with great food.
There are no longer any spa facilities and the pool will soon close, disappointing as this is why we have stayed at the hotel in the past.
