Guests frequently praised the availability of free parking, which is rare in NYC, and some found the rooms clean and the staff helpful or friendly. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, unpleasant odors (especially smoke), noise disturbances, and maintenance problems. The location was considered convenient by some but not glamorous or entirely safe by others. Service received mixed feedback, with some positive remarks about staff helpfulness but also complaints about poor management and lack of amenities.
