The receiving staff was great and very business like, the ball rooms was on time and organized and the food was on time and great, the staff that prepared and delivered the food was great and courteous, The bar tender was great,

Check in time was 15:00 we arrived there at around 13:00 hours after a long drive and flight to get there which means we had been up for 18 hours, upon our arrival we asked if we could check in early in an attempt to get some rest before the family reunion meet and greet started at 1800. The answer was no because the room isn't ready yet, which was fine but.... what wasn't fine is at 15:30 and 15:50 the room still wasn't ready and they had no ideal when it would be ready, so we had to get a different type room. No excuse for this there is 24 hours in a day you have taken 3 of them by letting the check in time slide to 1500 and check out time is at 1200 there is no excuse for a room that was reserved months ago not being ready by check in time. Saturday morning the 12 of Aug 2017 I assumed she is the food manager of the Buffet since she was at the register doing something the 3 times that this happen to us, on the 1st morning there my son n law requested some hot sauce of her to go on my daughter eggs, what ever it was she was doing was more important than getting the costumer whom was eating at that very moment some hot sauce, Oh she finally got around to getting some 15 munities later after she finished what ever it was she was doing with some paperwork Sunday morning 13th Aug 2017. My wife and I had an early flight to catch so we went to the buffet at around 08:00, the same lady as my son n law had requested hot sauce from the day before was at the same spot as you come out of the kitchen at an register at the end of the bar, the lady came to the table to leave the buffet bill / collect our ticket for the free buffet, at that time my wife requested some sugar for her coffee from her since there was none on the table, and I requested some hot sauce to go on my eggs. After waiting for about 12 minutes while she was doing what ever it is she was doing over behind the bar at the register, my wife got pissed and got up and went to another table that was empty and took sugar from it. She saw her doing this and finally realized how much time had passed and came and said she was sorry that she had forgot and dropped of my hot sauce. There is no excuse for this especially if people are eating, you should stop what you are doing and take care of the customer The toilet seat in room 271 was extremely loose. Loose to the point that it was about to fall of the toilet it self and when you attempt to lift the lid or sit down on it to use it the whole seat slide from side to side. No excuse the maids had to have seen this and should have notified maintenance. Security: As a military retiree obviously I am very security concise, There is a sign on the back doors that say you will need a security key to access the entrance to the hotel back doors after 18:00 these doors was / is open to anyone and every one 24 / 7 this is not at all good the way they are blowing up and running over people with cars now.
