Pros (+) Clean updated rooms, as expected from a Courtyard. Outlet friendly in rooms and lobby.
Cons (-) Down pillows, feather poked through fabric, a little uncomfortable. Otherwise not a major complaint. Pool was a little small for kids to really utilize.

Pros (+) The bed and linens were top quality and super comfortabe. The bistro was clean and modern, meeting and gathering area downstairs was large and comfortable. LOTS of built in USB ports for easy accessible phone charging! The staff: 5 STARS; they were friendly, efficient and could easily staff. 5 star hotel in any large demanding city. We were in for a swimmeet at the YMCA, very close to the pool.
Cons (-) The small flat screen TV was hard to view from anywhere but the pull out sofa right in front of it; our phone was broken, the heater would blast cold air at times. Weak shower head. Creaky ridiculously slow elevators.
