Good central location. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful . Nice restaurant and good breakfast.

Towels were old and frayed Double bed had 2 individual duvets rather than a double. Note in the room saying maintenance people round be coming in to do work on wall paper. I feel than non essential work should not be done while room is occupied.

Both breakfast and location were excellent . Room was clean and well looked after.

why is there a bathtub in the room. When was the last time anyone had a bath? It was extremely dangerous getting in and out of the slippery bathtub just to have a shower. The two shower heads were interesting . One aimed at my belly button and the other about two feet above my head. I consider myself at 5ft 8in tall to be average.

Breakfast was excellent.

Booked this for my Wife's 60th Birthday stay in Budapest. Absolutely lovely hotel. From the moment we aproached the entrance, it felt amazing. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Excellent guest refreshment facilities in the lounge. I booked a superior room which was very nice. Good decor and spotlessly clean. Aircon is provided which was a blessing with the 30+ degrees heat outside. Very large bed which was comfy. Brilliant rain shower en-suite. Good freshly cooked breakfast with a good range of cold foods and fruit too. We also ate in the restaurant during the day a couple of times too. Again, very good food and service. We would definitely stay here again.
