Pros (+) My second time staying there and will absolutely stay there again. The location is fantastic - Just above the craziness of Microcentro, but a very easy walk to get there. Staff are friendly, internet in the rooms is fast enough to work on and overall value is fantastic.
Cons (-) The shower took a LOOOONG time to get warm and the bathroom was a bit cramped.

Pros (+) We have travelled a fair bit and its the first hotel that have a policie no outside food or drinks allowed. (Acceptable if the hotel as a restaurant, but ut was not the case) We soon realized, on Christmas eve, all restaurant booked with reservation so we opted to buy a pizza and go back to the room. Well to our suprise the night clerk was very rude and obnoxious in refusing us to bring the pizza ...
