Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many reviews mentioned significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets, unclean bathrooms, and pest problems. Service was also a common concern, with reports of poor communication, unhelpful staff, and overbooking. While a few guests found the rooms comfortable or recently renovated, the overall experience was marred by maintenance issues and lack of attention to cleanliness and service.
