It’s COVID-time, so services are dodgy, but everything is clean and the staff is friendly.
The coffee maker in the room wasn’t stocked. The little things matter, especially coffee!
Clean, staff was nice
They were a bit unorganized at breakfast, operating on a sl staff. Also it was under renovation, which I did not know ahead of time.
Room and bathroom are very clean. Like shine . nice staffs . Willing communication with me if I don’t understand. easy parking and free wifi
comfortable, great space
cookies had walnuts, no nut free option. front desk did not answer the phone and when we made the effort to walk down there they could not do late checkout
Solid stay but nickle and dime you along the way
Clean, pool and comfortable bef
Overpriced beverages in hotel store (charge $1 more than airport!!! And charge different amount each time for the same thing- like they make it up as the go!!), and location. On a highway. No VT charm, early morning noise, and no place you can walk
They gave us access to the club and fixed our date errors! Great service, great staff, very friendly. Would stay again.
Pretty standard stay
Comfortable bed, friendly staff, clean room
No fridge or microwave in room and paid for a "deluxe" room. Hotel is a strange layout.
Long Weekend Getaway
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The bathroom was big. Great location. Free parking and shuttle to downtown.
The breakfast in the Club Floor 4th was not very good. The eggs tasted very bad.
Room and dinning area were very nice
They did not honor the Kayak price so, it cost and additional $90 to stay. Please be aware of this.
Serviceable business hotel
Big room. Big shower. Comfortable bed. Free shuttle from airport; arrived quickly. Nice restaurant was open late.
No place to hang suits in room. Was given a double room for no good reason; voluntarily kept it instead of changing rooms on 2nd night. Mixed up parts of bill that were supposed to go to me vs. what goes to the company. Wound up with entire room rate on my card for what I though was a prepaid room, but receipt was mailed to company not to me.
Room had peeling paint on the ceiling- not something I want to see at over $200 for a night!!
Pool and gym poor
