Tower Hill Hotel

Me and my friends had stayed in a family room which was big enough for 4 of us. The location is really convenient, the hotel is situated near subway stations and BIFF square. The staffs were friendly and could communicate in English.

Very close to the centre.

Someone before me had been smoking so the smell was really strong - as a non smoker it was a lot. I left the window open to try and air it out and told the front desk and they said they would look into it. When I got back at the end of the day nothing had been done and the window had been closed.

Location is good. Room size is good, comfortable.

Wall is very thin. Can hear conversations made in the next room.

Convenience and amenities offered

The breakfast time ends too early.( 09.30 am) The restaurant should extend the time till 10.30 am at least.

Excellent location, very near to food street, shopping street, Lotte Mart, Busan Tower, bus stop & subway station. There are 3 to 4 convenient store in the same street with the hotel. I will stay here again & recommend to my friend who want to visit Busan.

The standard room is a bit small, but family room is big enough for 4 adult.
