Pros (+) Central courtyard with pool, including a shallow pool for small children.
Cons (-) Lost our reservation, gave us a room with too few beds, and the pool was dirty and overcrowded.
Pros (+) This is probably the best value option in Cabo. Clean, quaint, perfect walkable location, highly recommended to anyone considering a budget option.

Cons (-) Our shower worked but sprayed against wall and was impossible to get clean or wash hair and left water all over the floor in the bathroom. Their were small ants all over in bathroom. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Pipes were very loud and woke us up many times over night with a loud squealing noise. Told staff upon checkout and they stated they would address concerns. Room 205
Pros (+) Right dowtown but feels like a little getaway in inside the structure. Very clean, beautiful architecture, and beautiful foliage. Clean pool. Great little restaurant. A little on the pricey side for Mexico. $10 for breakfast with coffee. Overall inexpensive for the value.

Cons (-) The hotel told us we get a free breakfast. When we went to get our free breakfast, the cook didn't show up for work. So we ended up not getting a free breakfast. Hotel did not accomadate a voucher or anything.
Pros (+) Location was downtown and close to Marina. The pool was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked on Kayak each day for better daily rate during our stay versus booking all at once or directly from front desk. They had a lot of security guards. Pina Coladas at the bar were good. The beers were kept very cold.
Cons (-) Internet was slow and spotty. The showers had terrible heads so it sprayed everywhere. Lighting in first floor room was worse than second floor. I personally didn't like the location because it appeared to be right in the redlight part of town and my boyfriend was propositioned all the time. But the location was convenient to other places.
