How long ,and having to fly west of Regina to Edmonton , then fly over Regina to Toronto 👎, then to puerto plata !! Same on way home, puerto plata to Toronto then fly over Regina to Calgary👎. Then back to Regina !
Flying with WestJet consistently feels like being squeezed into a small tin can, and I still haven’t gotten over the feeling that it sucks. The staff clearly is just doing a job that they do not really want to do. And the more I fly with WestJet, the more I realize that the good deal I got on the flight is not worth the experience. I can say I got from point A to point B safely.. but the time I was on the plane was so lacking in comfort and positivity, that I couldn’t keep doing this too much longer. I want to break up with WestJet. It really is you WestJet.. this just isn’t working out.
Flight was good and staff was efficient and friendly. Being a discount airline, they charge for carry on, food and beverages. I did not partake, but your survey doesn't have a n/a button. My only thing was that it felt like I was sitting on a cement block. My behind was sore after a couple of hours. I was not able to check in on line, so very thankful that the linecat the airport moved quickly. I think I will use Swoop in future if I just need to get somewhere and don't need to bring carry on bags.
Bring your own water, do not expect and comfort on the plan, and over priced gross processed food. Drinks were could (paid for) and saw we needed to bring our own water for a 5 hour flight. Kinda shitty you have to pay for carry on- same price and stowaway luggage. The luggage cost more than 2 round trips from Toronto to Victoria bc. Shocked at that

I would take swoop for a 1, maybe 2 hour flight MAX. Every thing is an up charge, even water. The seats don’t recline so it makes it very tough sitting in that small space. The crew was amazing though, they went above and beyond to try and make the experience comfortable. Also, we were delayed a total of 4 times - 5 hours.

Nothing at all. The flight attendants couldn’t care less about the passengers. Overheard 2 complaint about being “too tired to bother or care about anything”. Complaining about working 2 jobs and was even too tired to care about returning a lost pair of glasses that they just threw away. Never flying this crappy airline again.
Really nice flight barring a one hour delay, which was already informed. Staff at abbottsford check in counter was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Robin.
Lack of staff Airplane (even with upgraded seats) was not comfortable Boarding took extremely long, no system in place Inconsistent messaging on reason for delay
I sat near a man who continually took his mask off. He was told to put it on 3 different times. He would say “ oh sorry” then remove it as soon as they walked away. By the end of the flight they had given up and they all walked by him “maskless” and didn’t say anything. He coughed and sneezed throughout the flight
Flight as delayed 5 hours, we missed our connection and had to cancel our whole trip. Plus we spent $300 for a room at the airport the night before and that was a waste of money. Air Canada retrieved that plane from mothballs and it needed extensive maintenance. This is our last thought of flying with this carrier
It was a pleasure flying, great seats , lots of room, pleasant staff.
Be honest with your passengers about the delays .. we had a delay of over 6 hrs and found out later the carrier knew that but still checked us in with an impossible boarding time as the plane was still delayed in the air and on route.
The 2 1/2 hour waiting o the tarmac was annoying but unavoidable due to weather. Crew kept us informed and as comfortable as possible.
It was an okay experience. I’d hardly call this a premium airline, small plane, expensive wifi. Good boarding process
Should not charge for headphones! Consider allowing Bluetooth connections using earbuds
It was very bad experience, this is was my first time experience and will be last one, all flights going and coming to USA, were late, one of my luggage didn’t arrive yet, the counter disk services were not helpful and …,, more other reasons
Took forever to board. Didn't leave until an hour past scheduled time.

The worst airlines I have seen in my life they don’t respect anyone they don’t care about anyone they lost our luggage and no one is responding. We waited for five hours to get our luggage back.🤬🤬🤬👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Great staff. Cramped seating for someone 5 feet, 2 inches and average weight. So if you're tall or heavy -- good luck. Even if you wait until the 24 hour checkin time, you still charge for seating. Really? So either it is a less-than-pleasant experience or pay the price of a "big name" airline. And if I'm going to pay their prices, why would I fly in your cramped seat? So, in the end, you want to give less comfort for the same prices as Air Canada. Go figure.
The airplane smokes and they think it's normal.... this is sign of deterioration
Flair aircraft smokes before takeoff... and this seem normal to air hostess..... smoking aircraft is not a good sign of safety

Everything was great. Got out 5 minutes early and had a nap on the overnight flight.
Wifi was down on this flight but I had a movie downloaded.
Horrific airline. This trip didn't even happen!! We got to the airport and were told at check-in that our tickets were canceled WITHOUT NOTICE! I begged the agents for more info and was told we were blacklisted for using a fraudulent credit card. The card was debit and the funds were already taken out! The desk agents all left, and we were left with zero solution. We had to book another flight with a different airline which cost us $2300 in addition to the $550 Flair already took from us. I have been on the line for 30 minutes to speak to an agent. Does not look promising. AVOID FLAIR AT ALL COSTS.
They make you pay for everything:- hand carriage, seat, check-in and don't even offer you a cup of water! It turnout much more expensive than AC !
