Pros (+) Staff was so delightful, nice and gracious in every venue of hotel. Absolutely the best scenic view of Cabo San Lucas Resort was very clean, staff always working hard to keep it that way.
Cons (-) Themed restaurants could have had higher quality of food choices but overall it was good
Pros (+) Very clean resort. Felt safe. Food was great. Room was great.
Cons (-) Probably best to stay on upper floors. Lower floors seem to have more foot traffic.
Pros (+) The staff and service was far beyond my expectations. Place was immaculate. Food was superb. We met some really great people and enjoyed the entertainment. Our apa treatment was wonderful.
Cons (-) The bed was a little too soft and the pillows were flat. We did ask for extra pillows which they gave to us in a matter of minutes. They provided robes but no slippers. We would have also appreciated if there was a beach bag we could use but had to use our backpack.
Cons (-) The food could have been better. Specialty restaurants were very subpar. Everything else was amazing!

Cons (-) Food could been better with different varieties daily for breakfast and lunch. Lacking in entertainment and activities. Drinks could also use improvement with liquor content/volume. Wider variety of wine selections
